I've been a very satisfied customer for 27+ years. When I was a real estate investor, we purchased multiple oil burners in one year only to have problems with defective products. Pete was great to deal with and helped us resolve all issues. Years later when a plumber installed the wrong oil tank in my brand new house, Dupuis again came out and handled the issue. Great customer service.

Can’t say enough about Dupuis Oil company. I’ve had them now for 10 years and have had nothing but perfect service every time I need them. Their technicians are properly trained and knowledgeable and are always polite and courteous. When an issue with my burner occurs they are responsive and have always arrived same day or next day to resolve the issue. I have and will continue to recommend Dupuis to my friends and family.

I used to sit in Dupuis' yard and watch fireworks from McCoy as a kid and had no idea they did boiler installs, but I'm very glad I found them on the RISE-approved list of installers. I needed a combi unit in an emergency situation (1st floor boiler was from the '50s and no longer worked). They were able to get out there quickly to replace it, worked with me to set up the soonest appointment, and their installers, Will and his helper (sorry, can't remember his name), were there when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. System is working great so far, and I'm really happy I chose a local business to have a relationship with.

Good communication, well done installation, polite and competent folks to deal with. My only issue is with the plastic pads under the two 120 gal propane tanks. Given the location and height of the pads, the two tanks were slightly below grade and thus the bottom few inches got coated with dirt when it rained. I had to regrade the area around the tanks and put in stones to divert the rainwater. It would ne great if the pads were about 4 inches thicker (taller).

When my very old boiler broke down, Dupuis Oil did an excellent job of replacing it with a new boiler. From the first visit to assess the situation to the completion of the project Dupuis Oil's service team was professional, and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate. They were easy to reach by phone. The boiler was in a cramped space which made the work more difficult, but they got the job done. I am grateful.

Dupuis has been our energy company for more than five years. Last year they installed a new furnace and this year, installed split units for us. Their techs are clean, professional, friendly and proficient…we couldn’t ask for better service! I would highly recommend…

Been a DuPuis customer for 30 plus years. They are reliable and very responsive to customers requests. Oil prices always a little higher but worth the extra money.

Today after years of service with Dupuis I dropped their service. Customer service just isn't like it used to be. Avoid using them. Absolutely terrible and rude. They don't even care.

In July 2024, Dupuis replaced my 20+ year old Trane ducted central AC unit (which no longer effectively cooled the second floor of my house) with a ducted Mitsubishi heat pump----and, after operating the heat pump through summer, autumn and winter, I could not be happier. I had several companies give me quotes for heat pumps. Dupuis was the best price and the most straightforward proposal. My neighbors (who, although they do not have heat pumps, are Dupuis home heating oil customers), highly recommended Dupuis. So I went with Dupuis based on price and neighbors' recommendation. We hit a snag early on when the model in my proposal was back ordered. But Marc Dupuis came to the rescue to make it right by proposing another Mitsubishi model that was just as good for my upstairs, quoted me a price that was less, and got the system installed with minimal delay. The installers, Paul and Frank, were great. They kept my house protected and clean during the installation and even vacuumed up on the way out. They were on time, polite, professional, and happily answered all my questions as they walked me through the installation, inside and out.

The heat pump did an amazing job cooling my upstairs this past summer at a far lower electrical cost than my central AC. It is also doing a great job heating my upstairs since the autumn with surprisingly little effect on my electric bill (although, when the outdoor temperature gets below 25, I haven't run it yet to see what the electrical cost vs. oil cost break point is).

I'm not a Dupuis Oil customer. But, as my contract with my current oil company is nearing the end of its term, I'm going to look into Dupuis for my home heating oil and furnace maintenance given the price and service experience I had with Marc Dupuis, Paul and Frank with the heat pump.

I recently switched my sister in laws propane service from another provider over to DuPuis. I spoke to their coordinator Amanda. She was awesome. She visited the property, met with my sister in law, scheduled the install of their tanks and set up the account. The installers came out as scheduled and moved the old tanks for pick up by the former provider, and installed and filled the new ones. Except for the cost of the propane ( very competitive pricing) there was no cost from Dupuis for the install and no tank rental fees . Very pleased we chose Dupuis.

We used Dupuis Energy on several services for our home, and they always did an exceptional job.
We converted our home from oil to gas and had to rush because they were ready to pave our street. Dupuis worked with our time line to get the job done working with the gas company. We also still had an oil tank that was still half full and Dupuis came up with a solution that will allow us to use up the oil by leaving the hot water tank attached to the oil tank before replacing it to a gas tank.
Not to mention installing a mini split in our sun room to make it a four season room, we had our central air unit replaced as well as using Dupuis to service and check our equipment yearly.

Trying to have a home generator installed but the electric inspection has failed twice now. We are not happy with this at all. But on a positive note the HVAC guys were great.

I met with Amanda today to begin our service contract and oil delivery. She was wonderful and answered all my questions, inspected the equipment explained my options. I would highly recommend her and Dupuis Energy.
