Fantastic service! Showed up after hours and cleared the main drain in our old house. Explained everything and gave great advice on preventative maintenance. I’ll be calling United Sewer and Drain for any and all future issues!

David has now fixed two drain issues at my house. Both times he was prompt, professional, and had pretty good rates (from what I could tell).

Dave came in an hour after our main drain backed up. He was efficient and his expertise was evident. He is our new “go to guy” for all plumbing needs.

Found sewage backing up into basement. Called a few different plumbers the next morning (New Years Eve) and Dave was the only one available and came within an hour!
He explained the process and quickly cleared the main sewer line blockage.

I had a piece of my main sewer line crack. Dave came to my house on a Sunday at the drop of a hat and gave me a free quote and assessment of the work. He had to come back the following day because, being Sunday, he couldn't get to a supply house for the specific part required. But he returned promptly the next morning and quickly and cleanly repaired the cracked pipe. Along the way he discovered the cause of it all was a back up in the sewer line, which would be a whole new job. He had a busy day ahead of him and understandably had to take care of his appointments, but he promised he would return as soon as possible. He did eventually return at 7pm, and as tired as he seemed after a long day, he worked his butt off and had the drain free and clear within the hour. Prompt service, hard worker, professional, and for a great price.

Dave at United Sewer And Drain was a Lifesaver!! Responded in a timely manner. We had a big clog in the pipes. Water was backing up in the house and the pipes are rather tricky and a regular snake from Home Depot wasnt cutting it....but Dave got the Job done!!! Needed work done on downstairs bathroom pump, Google search and found great review on the company. Called and spoke to David on Saturday, and today (1/20) he stopped by to fix the problem. David took the time to explain things and answer any concerns or questions. Overall, we are happy with his service.

Nothing but good things to say about Dave and United Sewer and Drain. I had the sewer line to a multi family back up late in the day on New Years Day. I called and Dave was on site within an hour. He snaked the drain and then used a camera to inspect the line from clean out in house to connection with main. It was obvious this was not his first rodeo. He explained what he was doing and why while trying to diagnose the issue. He was very upfront with costs and scope of work. I will absolutely call him first if I have any drain issues in future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called United Sewer & Drain because I noticed he was the only one who had 5 Stars across all his reviews. OMG did I make the right decision, they came and explained everything that he was going to do. Very pleasant business man with a great personality and more importantly he solved my problem. That pipe drains better now then when I moved here 15 yrs ago. I will recommend this business to everyone I know . They deserve more that 5 STARS!

Had a drain issue in the basement. Called David, he was able to come out on a Sunday. Didn't charge us an overtime/after hours fee. Diagnosed the issue, was able to clear the blockage, took the time to explain the issues and potential resolutions to the problem, was up front in terms of cost for the work. Took our old toilet away too. As new residents to the area, it's safe to say we've found our Sewer and Drain guy. Highly recommend him for any sewer/drain needs.

United was fast to respond to my request for an appointment through Home Advisor. They were straight forward with their pricing and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The work was completed on time and they warranty the work for 1 year(hopefully i don't need to use the warranty). Payment was taken by credit card on Square, which is very convenient. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. You can confidently rely on them to get the job done when you need it.

Edit: have used for 2 jobs since initial review. Still happy. Most recent was an 8 pm call from me when I broke a natural gas valve, they can right over, fixed it and then stuck around for a simple sink job that I was going to call for eventually. Left my house at 1130 pm. You're hard pressed to find that level of responsiveness and service these days.

I contacted United Sewer and Drain regarding a gurgling toilet, which ended up being a clog in the main line. Dave was able to come out the same day within a few hours and fix the issue; all while keeping me informed as to what was going on and gave me some useful information as well. I will definitely be using them again (although I hope to not need to!) and would highly recommend.
