Dave was very helpful. I have a multi family home and my tenants toilette would not flush - he came in and handled the situation ...he was very nice , timely and price was super reasonable and explained the different things he would have to do in case the first process did not work and was upfront about pricing. Its been super hard to find honest people and he was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.

My partner and I called David yesterday (Sunday, November 25) to have service done on our clogged kitchen sink, and, not only did David do a superb job unclogging our sink, but he was extremely personable, professional, and reasonably priced. We were so happy with his work and his character that we called him today to have him unclog our stationary tub in the cellar, and we were just as impressed with David as we were yesterday. This guy is a gem! We HIGHLY recommend him, and we are very thankful for his extraordinary work and character.

We had a major clog in a basement sink, and although it was difficult to unclog, David worked very hard and was able to fix the issue for a reasonable price. On top of that, he was very personable. We will definitely hire him again for any of our drain/sewer needs.

He is the best! After 2 calls with rotorooter and $700 later they couldn’t fix my backed up line. David came out and did everything within an hr and my line is clear! Sludge/ grease deep in line. How did rotorooter miss that? I thought I had a major problem from what they were saying and looking at thousands for what they were suggesting. Thank you Dave, for coming out on a Sunday, new yrs eve, and saving us from calling several other places to figure out what was going on.

We had a plumbing emergency and found this company online. We called at 5:34 PM on Monday and Dave was here at 6:32 PM same day.
He was very professional and explained what was going on and showed my fiance everything he was doing to resolve the problem. The job was completed fairly quickly. Should we have any problems in the future, we will 100% be calling again.

A team member came by on Christmas Eve to help us with a shower drain. We were previously told that all pipes needed to be replaced for roughly $2,000. David found a workaround for $160. I am more than happy to have found this company and David! What a pleasant, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, genuine person! I had been dealing with a drain company for years, and once they sold their business over, their professionalism and customer service changed. I had a septic issue, which a plumber wanted to charge $3000, to change pipes unneccesarily, claiming a busted pipe, that was not busted .David was willing to come out and inspect everything with a camera, the very day and the very hour I called, right when he was home and done for the day, right before Christmas! There wasn't even an additional weekend or holiday fee, like others would charge! I had him come the next day! The service went above and beyond, the typical drain cleanout! My maintenance guy, who was there, was amazed as well! I will be using United, for all my drain and Septic needs! Thank you so much!

Kitchen sink was clogged. Called Dave at United Sewer and Drain at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and he showed up within 20 minutes. He had the sink fixed in about 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We've hired Dave twice now--once at our previous home and just recently. Both times, he responded promptly and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Our latest ordeal involved our very mischievous toddler flushing a tennis ball down our toilet (who knew that could even happen?!). Dave was able to remove it and saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Dave is friendly, funny, and kind and also has very reasonable rates! Dave is an honest and hardworking man. I have done sewer scope inspection with him and found some roots. He was able to first clear the line with hydrojetting a few times and pulled out thick ball of roots with his metal chains. Amazing work. Will be a repeat customer!

David is absolutely the best! He was genuine, professional, very responsive and honest! This is a well deserved review!!! We had some blockages that was causing the toilet to leak out some water in the basement. It was affecting the sink and tub as well. I had contacted a well known company, (pretty sure you know who) and they were here for hours and were able to get me a “partial flow” and tried to charge me $11,000 for what they said was the problem. There was no way! I did some research, found United Sewer and Drain. David was so quick to respond and was here the next morning! He was able to clear out some blockages for a great price and get this, it took him less than an hour! I wish I had contacted him first. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone!!!

Dave picked up my call on a Saturday afternoon despite not knowing me. He agreed to come over after he finished a job he was currently on. He assessed a difficult crisis situation in the basement, which involved coming back on Sunday. Dave's diagnosis was correct, that a waterproofing company recently doing work at our house had probably accidentally severed a pipe. He found lots of stones in a key pipe. As Dave isn't our regular plumber, the rest will be taken care of by someone else, but we're very happy with his availability, skills, and price. By the way, the basement waterproofing company will take responsibility for this problem.

We had an overflowing toilet and clogged mainline on a Saturday. We called at least 8 or 10 plumbers and David at United Plumbing was one of the few that actually responded to us. His pricing was far and away the best of any quote we had been able to get, and his willingness to come out on a Saturday late afternoon/early evening and not charge any kind of "emergency" fee like a few places that eventually called us back did was amazing. The couple of "national chains" we called wouldn't even quote us over the phone, they had to "come to the site" to see the issue, even though we knew exactly what the problem was.

On top of that, he fixed the issue very quickly and being a local small business, we will absolutely call him again for any plumbing issues we have! We highly recommend him!

United sewer and drain came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine. And now it comes very highly recommended from me to you. I called Dave at 8 o’clock on a Monday night, my toilet was backed up and wasn’t flushing right. Dave was at my house by 11 o’clock the following morning (Tuesday), and performed efficiently. He used his camera through my toilet and through main pipe. Pulled my toilet , snake d it put new wax ring, new bolts and was in and out in timely manner. Very professional service. No problems have occurred since he left. United sewer and drain is the way to go, if you want something done right and quickly!
