Doesn’t call or show up.Was suppose to be ordering part for refrigerator and never heard from him again.

Had a deal with John to repair my appliances for a labor rates for my 12 apartments so he did one job for wich he posted the picture without my permission and then next repair trippled the prices on the parts and lied about it .. also the 5 star review is the owner andche responded to himself.. unfortunately not trustworthy

My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.

For the price of a house call the man shook the dryer and got the heat working again. But then proceeded to tell me it was the wall socket that needed to be replaced. The dryer had electricity, it had no heat. This was a complete waste of my time and money. And we still have loose wires inside the dryer because he never opened it up. No effort was made to fix the problem.

Received an extremely rude response from the owner after waiting for a month. The poor English used in the message makes it difficult to understand their message. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

This place has refused to call me back about an on going issue with my fridge that they have attempted to fix 3 times. I have left several messages for them to call me back yet they still haven’t done so. Do yourself a favor and call another repair shop these people are so unprofessional.

I usually dont write a review but I wanted to say that they went over and beyond to help me with my samsung stove. Every time I had a question they would get right back and try and help in any way they could! Thank you again! Amanda

Took them 3 visits, and my dishwasher was still not repaired! I highly do NOT recommend using this company! Customer service was also horrible!! I give 0 stars!
