The owner reached out to me right away and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day. Brian was professional and explained everything prior to starting the job. Rick is the absolute best. Came in my hour of need. He installed my gas heater and has been servicing for 3 years. The heater went out and it was a plumbing problem. But he manually got it going on the coldest day of the year. Not only that he came back again to turn it on after the water ran out. And he called me back to check in on me. Twice!! And out of compassion he understood what it is like to be elderly and alone. I recommend ELITE for getting your heater installed right and for the follow up service to be top notch.

We used Elite Heating to replace our Mom's heating unit this past winter and were very impressed with the quick response and quality of the work. Her AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Called Rick from Elite and he came out within the hour and had it working in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this professional and personal business for any heating/ cooling issues. They are the best!!

Moved to Montana. while selling home in Burriville RI,, ran out of oil and could not get furnace to start,,,, called for emergency service and he came right out! Asked to clean the furnace for my home heating oil unit. Did it but also did a bunch of other stuff without asking and charged hundreds for it. And left the furnace broken so I had to call back and he proposed an expensive solution. Had someone else fix it for under $50, and found this guy had left things where he shouldn’t that made it worse, and he had proposed hundreds to thousands. This actually happened twice, December 2020 and December 2021. Avoid, unless they have new owners and technicians again.

We were in a jam, (like water pouring out the of the ceiling bad) and this family owned local business made time in their schedule to get back to us quickly! They were there and spent hours fixing the problem. They were knowledgable and reasonably priced. We haven't had any issues since (and its been months). I would highly recommend them!

The most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with. I called with a problem of smoke billowing out of the burner flue, and they promised to get to me by the beginning of the following week. When the next Wed rolled around, they said they would "shoot for the end of the week". It's now 3 weeks later and still no hot water and still no word from them. If they didn't want to do the job they should've just told me so.
