On February 21, my hot water tank blew up I was in the middle of getting ready to go to my mother-in-law‘s funeral. They came in immediately told me don’t worry about nothing Mr. Wise we will take care of everything. I left my house to them they came in they didn’t amazing job And they left my house just the way I left it that morning. God bless these people because I could not done what I had to do that day if it wasn’t for them.

Switched from AmeriGas this year to Dupuis because AG’s service was of the “If I could give it less than one star, I would” category. Dupuis has been a pleasure to work with from day one - everything AG did wrong, Dupuis does right. They actually monitor the propane level so you don’t out (happened twice with AmeriGas causing costly plumbing problems), they answer their phone and call you back, they listen when you say you want your tanks filled when the level reaches 40%, and if there is a problem, they fix it quickly. This is how a company should be run!

Had them for 8 years and because I didn’t get oil from them for 4 months the didn’t wanna renew my contract and send an oil delivery like if I was asking for free oil . Was told that if I wanted I can get oil somewhere else or from where I was getting oil past months . Was in shock at their employee customer service.
Never ever had I had a company be so bluntly rude to a paying customer.
Do not recommend.

We have been a customer of Dupuis for 2yrs for delivery of oil and a annual cleaning. They had serviced the house before we owned it for many years . Had a small drip from the bottom of our oil tank. Called Dupuis to come inspect our tank. Their tech came out crawled under the tank and reached up behind the tank and said there is a leak atleast half way up the tank and cannot be patched because of location, going to need a new tank. Contractors came out later that day to replace the tank, as I was curious were this leak was as the tank was already out and on the back of the truck me and 2 of the contractors looked over the tank and found no leaks and contractor mentioned there was no bushing in filler neck and tank was most likely over filled. As it was wet from filler neck all the way to the bottom of tank where drip was coming from. Dupuis response was tank was old and needed to be replaced and there was a hole. Which hole was not there when we looked over it and by the time the contractors were done with job there was magically a perfect circular hole on bottom of tank. I have pictures of everything. Not where said leak was coming from. Tricked us into a new tank for $2300 when there was no need for it and did nothing for us. If you like getting lied to and scammed this is the company for you.

Once you are an established customer they are okay. But they have predatory sales. And would rather hard sell you propane tanks before you even have a working furnace. The sales people don't know anything about HVAC they will end up costing you unnecessary money

Working with Dupuis Energy has been an amazing experience. Everyone has been very accommodating and the pricing is excellent! Shout out to John F in the ops/sales team.

Up until today I would have rated them 5/5. However, without notice they no longer provide boiler services without an oil contract. They also would not provide the service if we entered into an oil contract until they could deliver oil first. Regardless of the fact that the boiler was currently non functional and we were long time customers.
Poor way to end a years' long relationship.

I've been a very satisfied customer for 27+ years. When I was a real estate investor, we purchased multiple oil burners in one year only to have problems with defective products. Pete was great to deal with and helped us resolve all issues. Years later when a plumber installed the wrong oil tank in my brand new house, Dupuis again came out and handled the issue. Great customer service.

Can’t say enough about Dupuis Oil company. I’ve had them now for 10 years and have had nothing but perfect service every time I need them. Their technicians are properly trained and knowledgeable and are always polite and courteous. When an issue with my burner occurs they are responsive and have always arrived same day or next day to resolve the issue. I have and will continue to recommend Dupuis to my friends and family.

I used to sit in Dupuis' yard and watch fireworks from McCoy as a kid and had no idea they did boiler installs, but I'm very glad I found them on the RISE-approved list of installers. I needed a combi unit in an emergency situation (1st floor boiler was from the '50s and no longer worked). They were able to get out there quickly to replace it, worked with me to set up the soonest appointment, and their installers, Will and his helper (sorry, can't remember his name), were there when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. System is working great so far, and I'm really happy I chose a local business to have a relationship with.

Good communication, well done installation, polite and competent folks to deal with. My only issue is with the plastic pads under the two 120 gal propane tanks. Given the location and height of the pads, the two tanks were slightly below grade and thus the bottom few inches got coated with dirt when it rained. I had to regrade the area around the tanks and put in stones to divert the rainwater. It would ne great if the pads were about 4 inches thicker (taller).

Excellent customer service! They were extremely helpful in getting my service transferred into my name after purchasing my home. Went above and beyond!!

When my very old boiler broke down, Dupuis Oil did an excellent job of replacing it with a new boiler. From the first visit to assess the situation to the completion of the project Dupuis Oil's service team was professional, and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate. They were easy to reach by phone. The boiler was in a cramped space which made the work more difficult, but they got the job done. I am grateful.

Dupuis has been our energy company for more than five years. Last year they installed a new furnace and this year, installed split units for us. Their techs are clean, professional, friendly and proficient…we couldn’t ask for better service! I would highly recommend…

Been a DuPuis customer for 30 plus years. They are reliable and very responsive to customers requests. Oil prices always a little higher but worth the extra money.

Today after years of service with Dupuis I dropped their service. Customer service just isn't like it used to be. Avoid using them. Absolutely terrible and rude. They don't even care.
