Steven was punctual and did a great job on the yard, asked me what I wanted and gave me a very reasonable quote for some additional work that sorely needed doing :)

DON’T DO IT!!! CANCEL THIS. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE. I will have gotten 1 (the first) Service in over a month and rescheduled about ten times and it's ridiculous If it’s 1% chance of rain they will reschedule due to inclement weather. Literally have been rescheduling since after the first service /contract started —all days when it was blue skies sunny. This is a scam

My lawn needed maintenance due to the rainy days and growth Lawnstarters did an excellent job in restoring my lawn They were professional and efficient. I would recommend them to my neighbors or anyone needed to restore their lawn.

Jason did a fantastic job on my backyard! He cut the grass exactly how I requested and his trimming work was out of this world! I am so happy I chose to go with LawnStarter and their recommendation on a professional!

I was matched with a pro named Kenneth from K&I services. He was quick with mowing and cleaning up the grass clippings. It took him all about 45 minutes to mow and clean up for 0.27 acres. With that being said my bushes were not trimmed and the corners of my yard are still very long. Now I understand I was not able to communicate well with my pro and or greet him as my family and I have been sick. I thought the corner of my yard would have been mowed and the bushes would have been trimmed. So I called Lawn Starter and they stated another pro is going to come out to trim the bushes as my pro Kenneth was supposed to be the pro to cut the bushes too and the reason why he didn’t because he had to reschedule twice and now lawn starter is looking for another pro. I think it’s silly to have two separate landscaping companies do two separate things for my yard. One to do the mowing biweekly and the other to trim my bushes biweekly. It was confusing as I got a text message saying Kenneth was going to do both and was rescheduled twice to do the mowing and the bush trimming and then on the app it says pending pro for the bush trimming. The phone call to the customer service rep cleared it all up stating it would be two separate pros as the pro cancelled.

Jared came out and gave us our backyard back for the first time in two years. I can't believe how good everything looks in such little time. LawnStarter's app is really useful and the communication was a huge selling point for me. I will be recommending the service to anyone looking for help with their yards.
