I reached out for a job and they responded right away. They were at my house within 2 days. They gave me a quote, and I had to go to work. I left the exact amount on the table for them. When I came home, they left 500 dollars and a note saying it wasn’t as much as they thought it would be. I was so shocked - I couldn’t believe they just didn’t go with the price they quoted for me. I would have never known the difference or ever questioned it. It’s hard to find such honest people in today’s day and age. They did great work. Great price , and most importantly - honest and professional. I can’t recommend highly enough !

Called sureflow for a clogged sink. Brian and Justin were great they cleaned all the grease out of my sink line and it drains like new. Excellent service and prices.

Luckiest call we ever made was to Brian at Sureflow. He and Mike immediately diagnosed our clogged sewer lateral as a break - more important, a break that had been caused by a major utility company and its subcontractor. Brian helped us as we worked through the claims process, answered or returned all of our texts and calls, and most important, stood by his work. And guess what? His analysis was absolutely right, and in the end, the subcontractor had to admit that they had broken our line. We can't say enough about Brian's technical skill, professionalism, and integrity. We would have been clueless without Brian's help,and most likely been on the hook for thousands in someone else's hands.We will always be grateful we called Sureflow first!

Brian and Justin saved the day! We woke up to water pouring out of our laundry drain and main drain pipe. Sureflow came right away and fixed the problem. They went above and beyond isolating the clog and making sure it was clear. They also did a great job explaining everything so we were 100% clear and educated on what had happened. Justin did a great job of clearing our storm drain by water jetting and pressure bagging the piping under our stone terrace and into the garden bed. I don’t even know where to start. When looking for a plumber or contractor to clear the sewer piping from our home to the street, I first went to AngiesList. I can tell you that after several conversations and the IMMENSE frustration of trying to figure out which one of these “professionals” I was going to utilize, I decided to check out Sureflow based on word of mouth and their online recommendations, which appear to be piling up!

After contacting Brian and his team at Sureflow, we agreed on when he would come out to assess and provide a remediation plan of our backed-up sewer pipes.

To my surprise, Brian took the time to educate me on the health, long term care and maintenance of our pipe connection to the city, and physically SHOWED me that my pipes were in pristine condition and NOT needing to be replaced as suggested by the other drain cleaners. I was in complete shock. He said that his job was not to financially take advantage of me, but to educate and to try and save us money.

When we agreed to move forward, Brian and his team showed up on time, were treated my property as if it were their own with great care, exemplified great communication, professionalism, respect, and above all else, showed me that he valued my business. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt it necessary to share this experience in the hopes that when others are in a similar position, that they without hesitation contact Sureflow.

My only regret is that when we deal with many contractors, they almost never exhibit the level of professionalism and honesty that we received from Brian and his team at Sureflow. Hands down I would recommend Sureflow to anyone that values an honest, objective, and fair treatment when addressing difficult situations like this. Many thanks Brian and team!
