He came to my rental house and unclogged my drain. He is honest and you can tell he cares about his customers. After he did the job for me, I had my employer have him unclog the toilet and he was there for quite sometime. He even came back the next day and installed a valve on the toilet. When he got the bill, my boss said and I quote "it was more the, fair". I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic honest service.
Two great experiences: 1) came by, unclogged our sink drain, was on time and less expensive than larger companies 2) came to our other house, assessed the problem (galvanized pipes corroded, causing a sink clog). Said they were not licensed to replace pipes in MA (but can in RI). Refused to take a payment for their assessment. Said they could snake the line, but because of the corrosion, it would only be a temporary fix. I appreciate that honesty and openness, Brian and team are honest effective, and will definitely call again.

I had a serious drain issue in my bathroom and needed to call a plumber asap, so I looked at reviews from many other places on Google but wasn't convinced until I came across Sureflow's reviews, so I decided to give them a call.
Their first attempt to clear my drain didn't work, but I was seriously impressed at their effort to fix the problem, and that they didn't charge me for it. They suggested that I call the city to check it out on the street side, and they guaranteed to come back to try a different but riskier method if the city couldn't fix the problem. The next morning, the city came to take a look and determined that the problem was definitely on my property side, so I called Sureflow and they came by my house that afternoon. The drain issue in my bathrrom was horrible, and they had to try a few different methods, but they did not give up until they solved the problem. They made sure to explain all possible risks and gave me great advice.
I honestly don't think I could have received better service from anyone else. I am so grateful for their help. Sincere, patient, very considerate people. They are the definition of the best quality at an affordable price.

Excellent service! I had a blockage in the outflow pipe and they had it cleaned out in about 20 minutes. They also did the camera down the pipe thing for free showing me the drain was clean. 6 month warranty is a GREAT bonus. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with the drain in my bathtub. It was completely backed up from the garbage disposal in my kitchen. Called roto rooter at first (big mistake!) and they quoted me a ridiculous high price. The owner of sureflow I believe his name is Mike, and another worker Brian came out to service the same day. They were friendly, quick and extremely fair priced. Would hire again and again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I aren't ones to write a review - but I have to say, we were really impressed with Brian at Sureflow. Our sink and toilet backed up and just wouldn't clear. Bunch of knock-off drain cleaner from Job Lot usually does the job. Nope. We had to call after an overnight soak with the cleaner wouldn't clear it. These guys were great. Professional and kind. In and out. Awesome job guys! We've got your number on the fridge!

My drain back up an hour before work. I never had to call a plumber before so i had no idea who was good or who was going to over charge me. So i picked whoever had the best reviews. Im Glad I did. Brian was able to come with advance notice so i didn't have to loose too much time from work. My pipes are as old as my house, i was afraid that i would need to replace them but Brian tried all possible options and was able to unclog the blockage saving me probably $ thousands$$.. I was dealing with problems with drains in my bathroom sink and tub for months and a friend recommended sureflow. Called to schedule someone to come out and they were at my door within maybe 45 minutes. Not only was I impressed with how quickly they showed up but also with how quickly they fixed the problems with my drains. Pricing was more than reasonable and they were very professional. I would for sure call them again and recommend them to anyone with drain problems.

I have done business with sureflow for 3+ years they are great to work with. I have hired them multiple times to help with different situations some of them very difficult some emergency some non emergency ans some just tricky and I recommend them highly. I highly recommend Sureflow of Providence for your drain cleaning needs. My main line out to the sewer was clogged and we tried unsuccessfully to clear it ourselves with a 25 ft snake. I live in Cranston and the city will come out for free to check the line from the street to the house, but good luck getting anyone on a Saturday! So I called Sureflow (Prov.) and spoke to Brian (owner) and his team was there within a couple of hours. They were professional, polite, and efficient at getting the job done! The pricing was great too!

My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Sureflow/Brian and Mike! We had a plumbing issue with our dishwasher and they came within an hour of the call and fixed everything. The job was pretty gross too, and they got right in there right away and fixed the issue - no complaints and no BS. Super nice guys, great service and great price. We'll be calling them again for sure!

I called Sure Flow on 6/15 and they offered to come the same day but I wasn’t available so they came the next day. The two men who came (I wish I knew their names) came out and unclogged my pipes quickly. I called two other companies including scammers Roto-Rooter who came and couldn’t unclog my pipes and told me I needed to excavate and fix my drains for 10k.

Out of all the places I called to get my problem fixed Sure flow was by far the best 5 star service. Professional, courteous, ON TIME, and reasonable prices. The two men Kindly rejected my tips, but they truly deserve it. The man who coordinate services over the phone was also very professional ! Highly recommended and I will call them for all my routine pipe care/ plumbing problems.

Brian and Justin are the best. We had an urgent plumbing issue and they came out and worked tirelessly to fix it. They were honest with us throughout, priced the job very reasonably, and even repaired some of the damage done by a different rooter company. They seem like a trustworthy, family-run business. Emailed company at 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. They called me at 8:30, they were at my house by 10:30AM same day. They finished snaking my sink drain and power blasting my French drain outside the house all within a half hour period. Justin and his helper were fantastic. Kind, courteous, and extremely professional. Their pricing was exceptional. All in $330.00

I have a rental property and the main drain pipe clogged up.

A friend recommended Sureflow Rooter Service. I called them and they responded right away and were at my property within the hour. What's best, is that hey had the problem completely resolved in 10 minutes and charged me half of what another company already had charged me just for going out without resolving the problem!

Also, what bought me over to begin with, was that they were straight up front with the price and said that if they weren't able to fix it, they would not charge me. I mean, how can you go wrong with that? It's a win win situation.
