They wasted my time and gave me the run around. Called a week ago for an appointment to have a plumber repair and replace some parts in my shower. Woman on the phone confirmed a plumber would be out in the afternoon on day of appointment and would call that morning to confirm time. No one called. I called them to get a status update. Woman said she would connect with some plumbers when they come back for lunch. Took time out of work to go to the unit to wait. She never called back. Called later that afternoon. Woman said no one was available. You would think the woman would call me to let me know. What kind of operation are they running? Thanks for wasting my time.

my heat went out the day before Thanksgiving. Dennis and Miguel came within an hour. They were very polite and professional, they got my heat back on, and they told me how to troubleshoot the issue with my boiler myself in the future. great service, thank you!

If you live in an old house, FG Lees will understand the issues you are dealing with. They are efficient and clean and get the job done. In the past, national chains have destroyed the walls and floors of my cellar, trying to clear the sewer lines of tree roots. Lees puts down drop cloths and wall protectors and cleans everything before they leave having cleaned the line. Wonderful.

FG Lees are like family any time you need them they are here. You can trust them to figure out with plumbing issue and get it resolved.

I called F.G. Lees for a second opinion after my boiler was given it's last rights. Angelo was crucial in the decision, he was very articulate, and informative, and it went down in a seamless manner as Joyce handle matters in the office in a professional manner. Very refreshing, and as a Realtor I will continue to call on the expert knowledge of F.G. Lees & Sons, and refer them to my clients.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with, provided us with a quote then ended up charging us hourly, did not finish the job, lied to us about passing inspection in reality we only received a partial pass on the inspection. Reported them to the department of labor and standards and will be following up with legal council. Very poorly run company, stay away from them.

Customer service is outstanding. The owner spent a great deal of time speaking with me regarding a hot water tank that was installed by the previous owner in a home I recently purchased. Neil was extremely kind and patient. I highly recommend F.G. Lees & Son.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Took 1 month to do a simple job that all other work was contingent on. They have ZERO sense of urgency, don’t work past 2pm, slow as molasses and expensive! Needed extra plumbing in a 100sqft area. Job should have taken 6-8 days AT MOST...we are looking at 1 month since they began and they STILL ARE NOT DONE. Incredibly disappointing. Look elsewhere for reliable plumbers.

I have used F G Lees for any number of jobs from cleaning out a clogged drain to installing a boiler. Excellent on time service and they generally leave the place cleaner than when they started. They are good at trouble shooting. These guys know what they're doing.

There is no other plumbing and heating contractor I would use or recommend. I have been using them now for years and continue to be impressed. All of the technicians I have dealt with have been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used them for both my personal and investment property. Contractors you can trust can be hard to find and FG Lees I know I can trust.

They lady on the phone was nice and polite when we schedule the appointment even when they needed to reschedule do to the weather conditions.
The guy that came here after looking at the job looked unsure of is ability to do the job and gave me a price of 50,000 for two complete bathrooms include new plumbing it is five times if not more than any other offer I got but he was easy to say bad things about the competition he was also rude.
I would definitely tell you to go look in other places from my experience with this company.

On Saturday 4/8 I turned down my heat since it was warm. Come early Sunday morning it was a tad chilly in the house I turned it on, but never heard the furnace fire up. I ignored it and went about my business since I knew it was going to be a warm day. Later on that day my husband and I discussed what we were going to do. I said we needed to call Lees & Son as I know they will be able to fix it and fix our furnace right. Being new homeowners we didn't want to get taken advantage of so we knew we had made the right choice. So Neal came over the very next day and fixed our furnace and poof we have heat again...even though we don't need it. Neal also educated us on our furnace as we didn't know much about it from the previous homeowner. Thanks Neal we will definitely use your company for future home needs!

Good Company. Did three jobs in my house. The two first jobs, the work and the price were acceptable. After trusting this company, I called a third time to replace the boiler. Two people came and started to work immediately. I did not have time to talk about an estimate. The work was done quickly and satisfactorily. One month late, I got a bill of one thousand seven hundred dollars. I was so furious and disappointed that I just paid it. Since then, I became very reluctant to trust handymen. Always, ask for an estimate. The job is always well done but the price seems to depend on the mood of the day.

I have been using FG Lee's for 10 years. They have always been professional doing quality work. They explain what's needed. I continue to use them because of the good customer service they provide.

They have installed furnace, Navigant water heater, fixed a dripping faucet that had me stumped.

I've had issues with an old boiler since last December. F.G. Lees and their plumber Miguel were the only ones who could fix it. I had two other plumbers and an electrician give it a go, but Miguel was the only one who could get the job done! Def call them!

One of Lees’ plumbers, Dennis, knows our home’s plumbing inside and out. We bought our home 20 years ago, and Dennis had also done work for my in-laws, who owned the house for decades before us. He’s like an old friend to us and our home.
Lees has also sent us some of their other plumbers, including Angelo and Miguel. Every single one delivers top notch work, and they willingly explain what they need to do to fix the current problem.
The office team is wonderful too, always thoughtful and kind. We always rely on Lees.

FG LEES has replaced a water heater for me and replaced my garbage disposal which was leaking under my sink. They are all professional and through and everything is immaculate when they leave. The office people are so nice also….Doris and Joyce! A pleasure working with you all.

We used them to fix a faucet, which they did. However, 10 mins after they left a pipe burst in our basement. They said it was unrelated. I had to call them back, which they then charged me for an emergency visit but took about an hour to make it back to our house. They fixed the pipe rather quickly which I appreciated but I did not appreciate over a $2k bill! They were in an out in less than an hour and the invoice was very vague not telling me at all how the total amount was established. I requested a more detailed invoice and they did send one that showed a pipe bought that was very expensive. I consulted with two other plumbers that both said the pipe was not that expensive and both quoted me much less than half of what I paid for the same job. Never again will I use this company! I would also like to say I never leave negative reviews, this is my first one. I understand everyone has bad days, but I felt it necessary to write this one to inform others.

I had a great experience with FG Lees. They replaced my sewer line and fixed a few various parts on my plumbing system in my home. They were respectful of my lawn when digging and in my home when repairing and they were very professional. Prices were very competitive and I have to say, their work was really top notch. I would highly recommend them.
