Handed me the wrong thing from behind the counter and I didn't realize till I got back to the job, huge waste of my time... I would go to lowes if I wanted to deal with completely clueless employees.

I called to ask for help. And counter guy ws extremely rude. Wouldn't. Even answer a question, because he said he was closed. If you are closed wht answer the phone and ask"may I uelp you?".
With help like this I wouldn't need to ask anyone. Not impressed with staff.

Lisa's a plumbing supply place. They have parts to fix and replace plumbing and heating. They had just what I needed. But you need to know what you need.

One of those diamonds in the rough where they actually employ people who know the jobs you'll be doing so even if you dont know plumbing on a professional level they'll be able to help you out better than most big chain box stores and still beat pricing to quality. I've grabbed water heaters all the way down to connectors.

Jamari & Matt were great at helping find the exact issue with our plumbing. While it wasn’t the reasoning we wanted to hear, it was great to finally diagnose the issue.

Very pleased with the technician and the problem as solved. The only thing the technician boots were so filthy I was disgusted by that not from my house a previous job so I had a lot of washing and disinfecting to do I didn’t have a mess, and small leak but I ended up getting somebody else’s.

Had an emergency..pipes clogged with roots from outside and backed up system. We called and Auruto #2375 showed up with in the hour ..He is a very polite ,strong man .Did a great job. He is definitely an asset to the team. If anything happens again I request Auturo🎉🎉🎉🎉

Our experience was wonderful. Pleasant, helpful reps on the phone. Excellent communication and updates. Our plumber was professional and tidy. We had roots in the pipes and he worked on removing them for HOURS. He was excellent.

Technician Charles #1729 was outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, kind, and efficient, especially late afternoon on a Sunday. He kept a clean job site and also was mindful of the snow in and out of the house. Fixed my 911 drain issues!

We had a clogged pipe in our basement. The pipe was opened solving the problem. Ryan arrived with his camera and inspected the pipe. What we learned was amazing. The service for all involved was absolutely incredible. Would definitely recommend the company.
