Technician Arturo was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. We were experiencing a sewer backup and he removed a blockage (weeds) and walked me through the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to call for service in the future

Dave was an outstanding service technician. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and went above and beyond to help diagnose and resolve the problem—well beyond what was required. Dave arrived at my home at 8:30 PM and stayed until nearly midnight, long past the end of his shift, because he genuinely wanted to do everything possible to ensure my outside plumbing would drain properly. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated.

I am writing to share my positive experience with the service provided by Lamar today. Lamar arrived on time and immediately began addressing the issue. His professional knowledge was evident as he assessed the situation and developed a clear plan of action which was very reassuring. Once the work was completed and inspected he took the time to thoroughly clean the area of all trash and debris. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and will certainly request his services for any future needs and refer him to friends and family.

Shawn recently serviced my 3-unit house and handled a main drain clog. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue fast, and had everything cleared out in no time. He was professional, respectful of the property, and made sure everything was clean before leaving. It’s hard to find service techs who are both efficient and detail-oriented, but Shawn delivered on both. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing reliable and professional service.

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter in Providence RI! Issac and Matthew make a great team and cleared the clog in my sewer line and used the camera to inspect my pipes. Everything is flowing very good at the moment. When it happens again, I will definitely call them again!

Derek and Chuck were both very organized and expert repairing our sewer drain. The prep protection for our furnished basement where a wall needed to be cut and our outdoor garden which had to be dug up to access the sewer line was exceptional as was the clean up after the work was completed. They both were kind and respectful of our property...wore protective boot covers before entering our home.
They worked so well together as a team. Derek was able to place a new easy access to the sewer line behind a door in our basement rather a cut out in the wall where it had previously been located. We also had support from Matt the field supervisor for this project. Grateful to Roto-Rooter in RI and would highly recommend them.

It was great having service technician Arturo Walker. After checking out the problem, he gave some options from low price to high price. He wanted to try out the low price first and see how that goes.

After successfully trying out the low cost and it worked, he even took the toilet brush and clean inside the toilet which he didn’t have to. He was a really nice person also. I would definitely call again with any other issues.

Jimari and Matt were awesome! They were very professional and courteous. They explained things well to help us better understand our plumbing issue. They even helped us figure out an issue with our washer that was not draining properly. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed with this Roto rooter serviceman. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything upfront after he assessed my situation. I felt I could trust him. He proved to be an impressive plumber. I was having trouble with my toilet leaking and needed urgent help. He was more than willing to help. He fixed my toilet and cleaned everything up and I thanked him for coming to my emergency. He said no problem and if you have any other questions or issues don’t hesitate to call him. He looked at some other things I claimed to be issues in the house. Ryan said I can take care of those issues just call. I feel like this is my new problem solver for my plumbing needs. Did not show up for the appointment. Apparently took down my cell number wrong from the call receiver. Not sure how that happened since I verbally confirmed they had the right number. Disappointing, especially with a malfunctioning boiler.

I called a lot of companies to get someone to look at my furnace. All asked "are you registered with us?" NO I just need a repair. Then I called Platinum. It was Sunday (yesterday), they said they would be there between 9-1; then today they called and said they would be here at 8:30! They arrived at 8:20 diagnosed in 10 minutes and by 9 the furnace was fixed! And I did not have to be "registered" with them. Great easy and seamless process. Highly recommend.
