These guys really came through for me. I had a major plumbing emergency just hours before a new tenant checked in and they were the only company available on short notice, on a weekend as well. The tech Jamari was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to restore full function to the clogged pipes. He went out of his way to ensure satisfaction with his work. I can’t say enough good things.

What a great experience with Miguel and Matt today. They communicated their timing and showed up on time. They were pleasant and easy to communicate with. They attacked the problem immediately and efficiently. They were tenacious in getting to the bottom of the issue and got very dirty in the process. They help me solve an issue (outdoor water drainage/dry well problem) that has plagued us for many years and was explored unsuccessfully by many others. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for you needs, especially if Miguel and Matt are on the job! Thank you.

The service was great, from the person who answered the phone to the repairmen who did the job. Joe arrived to address my clogged sewer an hour after calling. He was courteous and respectful, tried several ways to fix the problem including Roto rooting the line and removing the toilet. Nothing worked.
Ryan came with special equipment (camera and some type of tracking device) to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough.
Finally, Miquel came and hydrojetted the line, SUCCESS!!

I appreciate the efforts of the three - Joe, Ryan, and Miquel. Joe and Ryan were determined to fix the problem the same day.

They informed me that they documented the layout and their work so future problems, if any, could be addressed quickly and with less expense. This was very expensive as each attempted solution was billed separately.
Good company, good guys, good work.
I will use again - hopefully for different work.

Nick was super personable and fixed our shower clog like a true pro. He was super respectful and took a lot of time with my wife and I to understand our plumbing system and gave us a lot of trust to work with him.

The technician explained what he was doing throughout the process. Was very professional and cheerful. I worked at many waste water treatment plants throughout my career and Dave was the best smelling worker I ever worked with.

Great Customer Service from RR Plumbing! Needed my lines snaked and A young gentlemen (I think his name was Jamari) came and helped me out. The same day I called, I was booked which was great. So polite, respectful and explained everything that was happening through the service. Had roots in my pipes, but Jamari helped me understand all of my options if I wanted to proceed and fix the issue. Pricing was fair, the rep was kind and helpful. I was happy to book the service and will book RR Plumbing again in the future!

Joe was absolutely amazing. He showed up within 1 hour of me making the call on a Sunday. He explained the issue prior to starting the work to ensure I was fully understanding of the services he would be providing. Price was great, so we moved forward immediately. My issue wasn’t an easy one but Joe figured it out and make sure it was corrected before leaving. I highly recommend.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. The service technician, Adam, was GREAT. He analyzed the problem and cleared the clogged disposal line while being pleasant the entire time!! I highly recommend this company, and wish Adam well with his career goals. He is an asset to your company!

Lamar was fantastic. Faucet installation turned into a bit of a nightmare as water lines were clogged, disposal was rusting out and leaking, and the faucet we bought at Home Depot was defective. One thing would get fixed then the next would break down. Anyway throughout, Lamar was unfazed, determined, professional and easygoing. Also very good at explaining the mechanics. This is the third time we've received help from rotorooter in the past ten years. We’d highly recommend them.

Charles was great - very friendly, professional, and kept us informed throughout. He resolved the kitchen sink/ disposal clog and drew our attention to other repairs we’ll need down the road without trying to upsell us or pressure us into making any decisions on the spot. I wish the price tag was cheaper ($666 with a coupon) but I also was able to book an appointment online last night for this morning so it was pretty quick and convenient and now we can use our kitchen sink again.

Jimari was wonderful! We had flooding in our basement over the weekend and he was able to come early Monday morning! Very professional and informative and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you so much!!

Arturo from Roto-Rooter was great. He showed up early, figured out the drain blockage fast, and had it fixed without any hassle. Super friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Left the area clean and working perfectly. Definitely recommend!

We found the young man to be very polite, respectful, took time to answer all our questions, and worked diligently to correct our problems. He was very careful bringing his equipment in and out of the house. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

The tech who came to our house was great. He got there quickly and he explained everything he was doing as he did the job. He was there for about an hour. I thought the $652 was a high price for clearing the drain. An hour of labor coupled with the quick service definitely deserved a premium but the price was extremely high. The five star rating is for the quick service and the tech’s professionalism. The rating would be lower overall if I were to factor in the price.

We had a very pleasant experience with this company and would highly recommend their services. Alan Winter and Matt Humphrey were exceptional. They made the process for us very easy and were extremely professional. Our sewer line backed up into the basement shower. They located the problem and fixed it asap.

Shawn, the technician who did the work at my house is a superb individual. Extremely polite, respectful, and well versed in his job responsibilities. Roto-Rooter is very fortunate to have someone like him on staff. Very capable at his craft. Although the price I paid was higher than other quotes I received, the value provided was well worth the price.

We worked with many individuals from Roto Rooter and we were very happy with all. The person scheduling (at this local branch, who was very friendly and attentive) Ryan Ballenas (who never wasted a moment and worked very hard), Ryan Leary (area supervisor who was very patient in explaining the different processes needed), Matt Brown & Charles Dalton (very knowledgeable trainers who worked very hard and were patient in answering any questions) and David Langlais, who, although he was in training, went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable with the cleanliness and overall satisfaction of the way things were left! Matt, Charles, and David worked through the darkness and cold, without hesitation of finishing what was needed! We were even contacted by the GM, Joe DeSimone, who was very friendly, patient, understanding, helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we were happy and felt heard.
