Dominic and Zulma came out to deal with a water leak that had happened in my apartment. They were great! Answered all my questions and helped me get the apartment back together. They kept me informed of what they were doing the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

Adam, Nate, Jason F and Cameron did a fabulous job cleaning our flooded basement. Efficient, quick and polite, they were a pleasure to work with!

This was my first time dealing with a situation like this at my manufacturing plants, and I am glad Servpro was called in to help. Andre and Abner were absolutely amazing! They explained every step along the way, and answered any and all questions I had. Zach Caiden was an awesome team leader and was always very quick at handling any situations that came up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone going through a disaster. I hope I never see them again, but in a good way, thanks again fellas you got us back up and running quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up the place so we'll that even some of our longer term employees said "the place has never looked so clean" and one even said they had no idea what colors the original paint on the walls was. But you guys did it and brought the life back to a company that has been in business since 1888.

Great experience with Servpro. Alyssa did a great job with managing all the work, and maintaining strong communication throughout the projects. Dominic and Zolma were also very pleasant to work with, and did a very thorough job on cleanup, really going the extra mile.

I would give 100 stars if I could. If you have any restoration needs, I would highly recommend them. From the first time I spoke to Servpro and every step after that has been great. Stephen DeMagistris, the Project Manager, is polite, up front with everything going on, always right there to answer any questions, just an overly really great guy to work with. My family is so appreciative of him and the Servpro team for helping us get our house restored.

All staff members were professional, precise in their explanations, courteous, timely, attentive to the condition of my home and personal items and left my home spotless. I was fully satisfied with the work Servpro performed!

Due to the collapse of a main sewer line on the east side of Providence, our basement was flooded with three inches of raw sewage. Servepro did an amazing job in getting it cleaned up quickly, damaged carpeting and wallboard ripped out, and other ruined items thrown in a dumpster ... all in two days time! Heavy duty dehumidifiers and air purifiers are running down there as I write this. Many thanks to Jason, Roberto and Clemente for getting on top of this situation quickly and efficiently.

Dominic, Zulma, Zach, and Christian were all absolutely amazing while we were going through a hot water tank break and water damage issues. They were helpful with questions, showed us what they did, very communicative, and cleaned up after themselves. They were a pleasure to work with during such a terrible time, and I’m thankful I called ServPro and had the chance to work with them.

The ServPro team did an outstanding job for us after a roof fire at out factory. Zach Carden & Abner Andres are a great team. They stayed focused on the project, kept us well informed and did excellent work. I highly recommend.

My basement had a bit of water/sewer drainage from a clogged pipe that was backing up through my washing machine drain. Miguel Garay and Zulma Gonzalez from Servpro came right on time to clean. They explained in detail how they were going to clean it, what products they would use, and in the end did an amazing job. It puts my mind at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about any mess. They were very kind and professional and I would recommend them in the future.

Within 2 hrs. of calling SERVPRO, Zach arrived to inspect the basement that flooded due to our hot water heater failing at some time during the previous night. From that point, Zach explained what needed to be done and put everything in motion. By 4:30 the water had been removed and fans and dehumidifiers were running. Cleanup of damaged goods began the next morning. Richard and Declan were awesome to work with. By end of day they managed to turn our disaster back into an organized basement. This is a weird review to write, as I hope I never need their services again, because no one wants to have this type of work done in their property. But TRUST me, if a similar situation happens again, I can rest assured that Servpro will be the team to call to the rescue. Zulma and Dominic were amazing at their job, they were very mindful of everything, and checked in every time they had a question or when they needed to communicate with me. Long story short, the second unit in my property needed a level 3 biohazard cleaning after the passing of my elderly tenant in the property, they did an amazing job ensuring the cleaning was done properly.

Stephen DeMagistris did a great job as my Project Manager. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and worked with me to find a clean-up date that would work for my busy schedule as well as ServPro’s schedule. Hopefully, I never need these kind of clean-up services again. But if I do, I will be sure to use ServPro. Thank you!

A recent deluge flooded our consignment shop here at St. John’s Church, in Barrington, RI. While the rain was still coming down, and with no end in sight, I called SERVPRO to bail us out!
Within twenty minutes Project Manager, Ivan Melo, waded through the water ready to assess the situation, and promised a team of remediation technicians would be on site in just minutes.

Domonic and Wilson delivered a truck load of equipment to remove the water and more to dry the area. Today, Miguel G., and Abner swooped in to remove all their equipment and put all the furniture back in place. Project Manager, Ivan, was so professional, and his calm reassuring way calmed us all down. His teams conducted their tasks quickly, professionally and with a smile.

I always liked their tagline “Like it never even happened!” But seeing it in action was even better! While I hope I never see them again, they’ll be the first to call if disaster returns!

Trei, Devin, Clemente and Miguel were the tech that came out to CT to assist with the flood we had in our house. They were all pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately they have to deal with these crises all the time, so the have a lot of knowledge and practice. Total competence.

Just waiting on this next recon phase to start.
