Cleaning of the office far exceeded every expectation that I had. Completed this project in 2 days. Any question or concern I had was answered with the utmost of care to understand what they were doing.
I truly appreciate the service from Devin and Clemente. Every nook and cranny was tended too.

My only disappointment is not being able to give them TEN stars! I’ve worked with Curtis (formerly Mold Guys) twice and he’s just awesome. He is very responsive, thorough and professional. I will absolutely hire him again and recommend him highly!

Couldn’t recommend enough - would give more stars if I could. They came on Christmas Eve (!) and saved our basement from ruin. There is still work to be done but these men, specifically Jose and Martin, work so very hard and are so kind that should disaster strike again, we know who to call first!

Joe Carlino and the team from Servpro did a great job removing soot from my mother's house. Very professional highly recommend.

Had to call serv pro last night due to our basement flooding, Jason the project manager came to assess then less than an hour later, his team arrived to extract all the water and it was all gone just over an hour later. So happy and grateful to the team for being so professional and making my experience stress free. I would definitely recommend serv pro!

We had mold remediation services completed in our basement which included structural cleaning of all surfaces as well as steam cleaning of a recliner chair. This was performed by the team of Dominic and Wilson. They were outstanding workers who were professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard and did a thorough job. They explained the services and answered all of our questions. We also had a complete cleaning and sanitation of our heating ducts which was performed by Freddy and Miguel. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job as they cleaned the entire system including all heating registers throughout the house. We were completely satisfied with the results and highly recommend both of these teams teams if you require these services. Project manager Zachary Carden did a great job coordinating this effort and worked hard to get the project completed on time to meet our needs.

Martin and Jose did a great Job these past 2 days. They did demo work in my first floor removing wet sheet rock, insulation and also did a great job cleaning up after work was complete.

This work was all done because of a ice dam that started in the roof. Both North and South side of the house.

Zach C, Adam, Nate, Andre and Abner did and outstanding job in helping my family with a basement flood. They handled the job with such care and respect to us and our property.
