Hired Echo to do an interlock install. The owner came out asap, provided a quote, and had his guys to house the following week. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and affordable. The quality of work was outstanding, and they took the time to walk me through the usage of the kit. Highly recommend.

HOORIBLE !!!! Poor customer service.. The secretary is incredibly rude and the tech told me to come down and actually bang/whack the unit to make it run.. REALLY!?!?! They were supposed to fix it and charged a diagnostic after coming 4 times in a 2 week period.. It's still not fixed.. Had to keep calling them to finish the job.. You've been warned..

I can’t get an appointment to service my Navien on demand system that they installed until Fall...when the house will be shut for the winter....the install was great and they serviced it last year....other than this fiasco they have been fine but I need to find someone else so I am not happy

My AC compressor died in the heat of July. Tom found a compatible unit and installed it as fast as possible. Many thanks.

Great people to deal with. They came out and removed and replaced our boiler the same day. Temperatures were frigid. The workers were courteous and professional. Can't praise them enough.
