Constraction reviews in Rumford, Rhode Island

Exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. "Old fashion" values not often found in businesses today.

Excellent deck repairs by Randall and Jimmy. Personal, particular and professional. Thank you guys!!!

This was the worst experience I have have ever had as deluding with a contractor. I they did a floor installation for me that 1was done improper and it all buckled because they didn't wait for the hardwood acclimated to the existing temperature. Therefore it all buclbubu

This contracting company is top notch. They answered all questions/provided updates in a timely manner, used quality materials, and completed the job within the time frame promised. Would recommend and will reach out to them if we ever have the need for another contractor.

The team from Lopco did wonderful work on my project. They were courteous, careful about their work, and the results, are great.

Very professional and fair and honest!! Timely response to queries and excellent subcontractors. Polite customer oriented service, atypical for the trade! Great advice and super follow through. Would recommend to friends and family and would certainly use for future projects!

After extensive correspondence, this company came to do an estimate of a job. After much run around, he asked for pictures and details beforehand and gave a rough estimate. He also agreed to talk with us about other jobs we had in mind while on site, all for a fee of $150. Apparently he charges for estimates because some people have them in and then don't hire them for the job. Well, no wonder. Day of, he says he can't talk about any other jobs and also re-estimates the first job at twice as much as the original number.

Fantastic work by LOPCO! They were responsive and worked with us on options to tackle our project-including budget friendly solutions. The team on site was quick, hard working and cleaned up everything before heading out. Great experience!

Lopco does amazing work and I knew I could count on Tommy and his crew. I'm not saying this because I went to high school with him, but because I haven't seen him in 20 years and I knew I could trust his judgement and expertise. He's a hard working, down to earth guy who built his business from the ground up with integrity. He's a local guy you can trust and His reputation speaks for itself. That's why I called him. And if the RI preservation society can trust his work, then That speaks volumes. Every job is important and he stands by his work with a warranty. I've never heard of that for painting, but to me that's a no brainer. Highly recommend Lopco Contracting.

Had two bulkheads done with LOPCO, both were great! We couldn’t be happier with Ed’s work and how great Tom communicated with us. Thank you!

Tom and his crew consistently demonstrate excellent communication, are neat and tidy, and do high-quality paint contracting. Tom's team fixed our water-damaged ceiling quickly and professionally. You can't tell there was ever any damage. It looks brand new. Thank you so much!

We hired Lopco Contracting to put vinyl siding and new gutters on our house, replace two windows (one a bow window) and replace our back steps with Azek. What a wonderful job they did! We couldn't be happier!
The workmanship is the best!
We have had Lopco do other home improvements for us in the past: updated our interior woodwork, replaced interior doors, constructed a new interior staircase and railings and painted the inside of our home. Always professional and accommodating, we would recommend Lopco for any home improvements that you need!

Hired Lopco Contracting to power wash my house. My house has vinyl siding and certain sides have mold build up. The workers showed up when expected. They were courteous and took the time to carefully move my flower pots and furniture on the deck to protect them. The house came out great

I have been waiting to work with Tom for a while, I have always seen him around town and his crew on different job sites and impressed with his work. After one of the latest storms we had with intense wind and rain our guest house ended up with water damage in the ceiling and walls. I was out of town on business and it needed to be done by I knew I could trust. So I gave Tom a call, he came out and got us a quote and started the work while I was out of town. From the roof repairs, to the gutters cleaned out, to gutter brushes put in, to the ceiling sheetrock repaired to the whole room top to bottom painted it was done in such a timely manner. His crew was fantastic, having his crew there around my family while I was out of town was a relief as safety is always one of the concerns when I travel. His crew did an incredible job, and left the cottage in fantastic condition, left no mess at all and the place looks better than ever. Jeff Gellman

I have always heard the advertisements on WPRO. When I purchased my condo, I called LOPCO Contracting. From soup to nuts, the service was great. Tom gave me a reasonable price and his team did an outstanding job. They are my go to folks going forward for any renovations/repairs/painting going forward.

We strongly recommend the Lopco team. The high level of craftsmanship, conscientiousness and attention to detail that they bring to each job is reflected in the beautiful, durable and high quality results. Through the years, on indoor and outdoor projects, they have been reliable, extremely hard-working and have completed the work on schedule. While they deliver their services with a seriousness of purpose, they are friendly, personable and have a great sense of humor.

Lopco Contracting completed prepping and painting two bedrooms in under a week. They were professional and courteous. The bedroom ceilings and walls required quite a bit of attention prior to painting. The Lopco painters made both look great! We are very happy with our refreshed bedrooms.

I had Lopco paint my exterior porch. From the first moment I contacted them, they were very good about getting back to me, asking questions and keeping me informed of the project status - when they would be able to do the work, when they planned on coming out, etc. The work they did itself was well done. The staff was very nice too. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other projects.

I highly recommend Lopco Contracting for all types of home repairs. Tom's crews have recently completed external and internal repairs, due to a roof leak. Everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were always on time and left the job site spotless.

We recommend, without hesitation, Tom Lopatosky and all of those from LOPCO Contracting who worked on the transformative exterior revival of our recently purchased East Side home.

When determining which contractor to go with, there were three things integral to our choice - ease, quality and value. As the job required not only paint, but also moderate carpentry work and a new seamless gutter system; we frankly did not want to be coordinating with two or three contractors' schedules, etc. LOPCO Contracting addressed all items for the house, making the process so much easier. The balance between quality and value can be quantified in many ways, especially when quotes vary so wildly. Quite simply, we felt as though the job was worth every dollar spent - and we're both quite particular.

And while not something we initially considered, we felt it worth mentioning that all those who we worked with are great guys - a sentiment also shared by our 22-month-old daughter (the greatest of all tests).

In summation, LOPCO Contracting was everything one could ask for - competent, consultative, thorough and trustworthy.
