Constraction reviews in Rumford, Rhode Island

Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for LOPCO Contracting!

Tom gave us a reasonable price for the repair of some deteriorating exterior siding and rotting trim boards on our house, Over the course of two days, his team consisting of Roberto J., Wellington G. and Ramon M., did a fantastic job with the repairs. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, and perhaps more importantly, with the guys who did it. They went above and beyond, by fixing a jammed 2nd floor bathroom vent on the side of the house, which was not in the scope of work.

I've decided that when we install hardwood flooring and repaint the interior in the near future, I'm going to call Tom Lopatoski.

My wife & I decided to transform, paint & update all of our Interior dark stained doors, frames & louver closet doors to all white, along with updating & changing out all of the door hardware.

There were many choices of choosing a painting contractor. We are very fussy on who we hire / it’s our home! After several painting contractor interviews, we felt the most comfortable with LOPCO Contracting. Tom explained the scope of the project and we liked what we heard. We are 110% satisfied & thrilled with the finished painting project.

The transformation and finished painting was absolutely stunning. It has changed the entire look of our home interior to a clean, bright modern look. We want to recognize Mark / our LOPCO interior painter. Mark has a professional & detailed approach to his work. The prep work that he performed on the existing doors was key to a beautiful painted white finish. The amazing thing to us is how neat & meticulous Mark was in his painting skills……not a drop of white paint on our oak hardware floors when he was finished.

We will be looking to change out our interior paint colors next and will be calling Tom / LOPCO Contracting to perform the work……foolish not to, especially on how beautiful our doors look now!

LOPCO Contracting did an amazing job painting the exterior of our newly renovated non-profit facility. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and his entire team was professional, courteous and reliable. They handled fine details like color switches at the corners with prevision and care. We could not be more satisfied with the final product, and we highly recommend LOPCO!

LOPCO contracting repaired a damaged bathroom ceeiling and installed 2 exhaust fans in bathrooms where others told me 'not possible'. They fixed some electric issues too.
I live on Block Island. The work was at a rental home and they accommodated the rental availability.
They communicated well, cleaned up after themselves and even helped with a small unplanned task.
Grateful for Tom, Paul, Joey, Hector and the others. Excellent work.

LOPCO put a new front porch on at my Dad's place and from start to finish everyone was professional and went above and beyond. The quote and pricing was easy to understand and accurate. The communication was excellent every step of the way and the final product was fantastic. The guys doing the work were meticulous and cleaned up everything, they kept us informed about everything and made sure my Dad was pleased with everything from materials to workmanship. We couldn't be any happier with LOPCO and would absolutely recommend them and use them for future projects.

LOPCO just finished painting our Right to Life offices at 266 Smith Street in Providence. This is the third time in the past 20+ years we have painted our building and by far it is, hands-down, the VERY VERY BEST. The quality of their work and the friendliness of their staff are incomparable. They completed their work with no disruption to our operations and left no trace behind of this major project, other than a very beautiful building.

Thank you to LOPCO for the beautiful paint job. The building looks completely transformed now!! We so appreciate your generous support. The before and after transformation is astonishing. Could not have given the building a better facelift. The blue is so inviting and just what we needed.

LOPCO was a great company to work with! They painted the exterior of our house and did an excellent job. The crew was friendly and very accommodating throughout the process. When we realized we weren’t happy with the deck and door colors, LOPCO repainted both without charging us anything extra. Communication was easy once the project started, and the team was responsive to our questions and requests. The only feedback for improvement is that we would have appreciated knowing more about the work plan steps ahead of time, including how long each phase would take and what to expect next. Overall, we are very satisfied—the quality of their work is outstanding, and they are the only company in our area offering a 5-year warranty! We would definitely hire them again.

HIGHLY recommend!! They came right out for an estimate, and promptly completed the project. Josh and his crew were very nice and did a great job. They exceeded our expectations and will be working with them in the future.

This company does a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Elite construction has been a great company to work with, our project went smooth and the quality was impeccable.

This company does a great job. Always professional and provide excellent services, highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with Josh, Noah & crew’s work at Elite Construction and Design. Top notch communication, timely and under budget. Will work together again!

This company is first class organization. Exceptional attention to detail, a committed and driven workforce along with helpful and experienced management are just a few of their contractor qualities. I highly recommend the Elite Construction team!

I highly recommend Elite construction. They just finished painting and repairing our house. Very happy with the end results. Josh and his team were very professional and you can't beat their prices.

Elite Construction showed up on time, and competently performed the contract as expected. Before requesting payment, their team reviewed the worksite, identified small issues that needed to be addressed and had the final repairs completed in a timely and professional manner. I was fully satisfied and happy to have worked with Elite.

Josh and his crew at Elite are top notch. We used them to demo and reconstruct our basement when we had to install a French drain. They worked with our tricky timeline and kept us updated every step of the way. We will absolutely be using them again when we are ready for our next big project.

I couldn't be happier with the work Elite construction did in my bathroom renovation! What was once a space I dreaded using has been transformed into a room i absolutely love. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive to detail, and truly brought my vision to life.

Thank you all for your hard work.

Exceptional quality, we couldn’t be happier with the work this team did to build our back deck. Josh took our drafted designs and suggested innovative ways to streamline the final delivery, making our dream a reality. This was a team of true professionals, who had the skill and mastery to finish our deck in a matter of a few weeks, start to finish. The result was truly outstanding. I would hire Elite again, and in fact, we are on their wait list for another project! Thanks to the team once again.

I am beyond ecstatic about how our recent exterior siding and trim project came out.  Josh and his team were great. The finished product looks fantastic!  They were very detail oriented and took their time to make sure the finished product is how we described it.  They communicated a project timeline to me and kept to that timeline.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home.

"We recently hired Elite Construction and Design to upgrade our old, rotting presser treated deck, and the results are phenomenal. From the initial design consultation, they were professional and attentive to our vision. We wanted to use Trex, and received a lesson during our design consultation that there are different levels of Trex. Which makes a big difference on the final look of the product.
There craftsmanship is top-notch. The crew was punctual, kept the job site tidy, and finished exactly on schedule. It’s rare to find a team that delivers high-quality work with such a smooth, stress-free process. If you’re looking for a deck builder who takes pride in their work, “look no further!"
