This is an amazing organization with incredibly kind and compassionate staff. Any scheduling issue is given advance notice. Calls are returned promptly. Little details are remembered. Yes, this is a business, but they treat you the way that they would want to be treated.

My family has been using MaidPro/Smithfield for a few months now. It has been a very positive experience. Our cleaner, Ashley, is meticulous and helpful, offering up organizational ideas, as well as doing her best work every visit. She adds personal touches that my little ones look forward to - arranging their animals and toys in fun ways. I never thought I would be comfortable having someone else clean my home as I'm pretty fussy, but it has been wonderful - all areas addressed. It has freed up so much time for my family, which is worth the price when our free time seems to be so limited these days. I would recommend the company - owner and staff are very attentive.
