Maid Pro is an excellent company. Theresa, the lady I hear from most, is a great communicator. She makes sure her cleaning staff know exactly what is expected of them. We're happy with our choice of MaidPro and I think you will be too!

My pro Teness is very reliable, thorough and professional. She always addresses any areas that I point out may need special attention. My condo is always spotless when she leaves. I contacted MaidPro on Friday to see if they could clean my daughter's house, as she was having a baby at the time. I wanted the house to be spotless when she came home. I spoke with a very kind woman named Teresa, who explained that their workers typically don't work on Saturdays. However, she offered to reach out to some of them to see if anyone was available. A few hours later, Teresa called back to let me know that she had found someone. We went over the necessary paperwork, and today Dalia Guerrero came to do the cleaning. She did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend MaidPro to friends and family.

Maid Pro does an amazing job. I like how they dont miss anything, and if you have a problem they work with you to straighten it out.

Jenny Ackley was an absolute delight to work with. She was very prompt and answered all my questions. She was also very kind and personable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I’m barraged by their email now after a MOST unsatisfactory 1st visit that lasted about 1hr. They sent 1 person, not 2 as said. She was ill with drippy nose. She spent the whole time wiping only the kitchen counter. Never got to stove that was what I asked her to do. Never got to vacuum or floor wash or baths. She announced after about an hour that she was leaving. They did not charge me. The only positive thing done by this company. Never using!! Take me OFF your email list!!!

I've used this MaidPro a few times and have always received stellar service for my 2 bedroom apartment. Theresa is a sincere pleasure to schedule with and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are not only comfortable but happy! She adds that personal touch that exemplifies what true, good customer service should be. I request Amanda for the cleanings, too, as she is very personable, professional and a very detail-oriented service provider.

Each servicing I've gotten has really felt like a load has been lifted off my shoulders and cleanings last for a good several weeks (no pets or kids helps). I would recommend this MaidPro any day of the week!

Both cleaners did a great job, but one of them — I believe her name was Jade — really stood out. She was especially precise and detail-oriented. I had many fertilizer and landscaping companies throughout the years never once did I see them clean up the walkways or the driveway from the excess of fertilizer that got spread there very impressed I also receive a message to the day before they come, so there’s no surprises and I have details of what they are putting down of the five or six different companies I had in the past 20 years so far this one is the most professional
