My experience with Vaughn Oil was perfect! The staff is top notch! I spoke with Rachael who was a constant professional the entire time. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly while going over everything with me. The have great prices and incentives to make pays those bills a little easier. This is the fifth oil company I have had to deal with but I think those days are done and I have found a home. As a local guide I highly recommend trying Vaughn Oil!

If you’re looking for an oil company, choose Vaughn! Their prices are competitive, but even more than that, their customer service is unmatched! Think of a”mom & pop” business. You will always speak to a human ( no crazy menus) and they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They will accommodate your emergency and will be there with you every step of the way. Their contracts and yearly plans will give you peace of mind, especially if any of your equipment fails. They work with you and treat you like family. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I've always enjoyed dealing with Vaughn Oil. The customer service reps whp answer the phone ate unfailingly pleasant and polite as well as responsive. On my last call, they had a tech at my house by noon who was very thorough and identified the issue we were having right away. I'd highly recommend Vaughn Oil to anyone!

Vaughn oil is a full time boiler company not just an oil man. They have emergency boiler repair personnel at 2:00 in the morning.

Your service is good. Your prices were good when I first hired you as my oil company. But my last delivery was 3.19 per. Gallon. And I go online and see other oil companies in my area are 2.95 per. Gallon. Not good. And I'm thinking about leaving you.

This company is the best! Like a well oiled machine. They came at the exact time that they said they would be here- 7:30. A little while later, the truck came to drain my oil tank. As they were finishing, another truck came and delivered the new tank. The service guys were already here to do all the connections. A few hours later, all was completed, cleaned up and working perfectly. Thank you, Vaughn Oil!

Ive been a customer of Vaugh Oil for over 13 yesrs and they have always been there when I needed them. They installed my heating system as well as mantain it yearly. I have never had an outage. Highly rcommend.

The technician, Chris, was fabulous!! He did excellent work and explained everything. This is my first service call from Vaughn since I am a new customer. I am really happy the my wife and I changed oil companies!!

The folks at Vaughn oil are friendly, responsive, and reliable. We've had them for years - oil, boiler, oil tank replacement - and they've never left us "out in the cold".

The service from Vaughn is really excellent. I've used a couple other services in the area before, but if you want expertise, Vaughn is the best. I am so happy I have a service contract, it has saved me time, money and peace of mind.

Driver drove off driveway onto 'soft lawn, leaving long and deep ruts in pedestrian area.

I’m very pleased with Vaughn. With automatic delivery I never worry about running out of oil. Their prices are fair, pretty middle of the road from my research and their prices for contracts are very fair. They’re pleasant to deal with and deliver oil all over the state from what I can tell.

I always receive excellent service with Vaughn Oil. Not only with oil deliveries, but especially when needing repair service. Technician Zachary arrived to address my recent call for burner service. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and in my opinion gave top notch service. Vaughn Oil is fortunate to have Zachary represent the company. I've been a customer with Vaughn for 15 years. If you're looking for a customer service oriented company, you can't go wrong with Vaughn!

RECENT UPDATE 02/2026- I had the need to request service again as one of my four zones was not providing heat. Chris was the technician who arrived. He couldn't have been nice or more pleasant. Chris represents the company nicely. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I have never had a bad experience with Vaughn Oil after almost 16 years as a customer.

Carlos & Jim did an awesome job! Very pleased with how professional they were. Used Air Duct Cleaning before and will use them again!!

Great customer service. Clear explanations from staff and techs. Carlos and Carlos, Jr. did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts in my 37 year old condo. After assessing the layout in my 12 unit building and answering any questions I had, they worked efficiently and left the areas nice and clean. I highly recommend Air Duct Cleaners of New England.

Tom and Raphael showed up on time and did a great job. Very polite and courteous and they were able to make it very accommodating for my wife who works from home. They answered all our questions and now we can breathe easy in our once-stuffy home.

Yesterday I had 2 extremely pleasant men come to clean the ducts in my home. Carlos and Alex worked efficiently and very hard doing a great job but also went above and beyond the job. Carlos explained everything they were doing and showed me some of the pictures. They helped me with two issues above the required work order. JB thank you for sending 2 of your best techs.
