My wife and I had our finished basement flood on Labor Day this year during an historically heavy rainstorm here in Rhode Island, and did not know where to turn for help with the cleanup and restoration. We contacted SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island, and they were simply incredible in helping us through this home emergency. Despite massive rains and flooding throughout our state from this particular storm, they had a crew on site within 24 hours of us reaching out to them. From the office manager, Lorraine, to the explanations and initial quoting of the job, down to the crew that was on site multiple times, everyone in this company was respectful, kind, and simply fantastic to work with.

The crew was clearly willing to go above and beyond (they stayed until 8pm the first night and even got pizza delivered!), and did a fantastic job with a very challenging cleanup. We could not be happier that within one week of the flood our basement was completely cleaned out, fully dried, and certified mold-free.

I cannot recommend SERVPRO's Northern Rhode Island office enough if you are a homeowner or business owner who has an emergency cleanup situation. They were prompt, responsive, polite, and honestly a joy to work with during one of the most stressful things we've been through as homeowners.
