Zach and his team completed a huge project at our house including designing and installing a bluestone patio, new stone stairs and wall, stone veneer to cover concrete fountain, fixing the grade of our driveway, working on drainage, edging the driveway with cobblestones, and redoing all surrounding landscaping. The work is absolutely beautiful - he transformed the property. We have a very tight and tricky property that he navigated with ease. He is so knowledgeable, anything that came up during the project he managed and made the right decision. His team was so friendly and nice to have around. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash or item out of the place over the months that they were working on our property. I would recommend them a million times over. Some of the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Native New England Landscapes was an excellent company to have do our project. We built a new home on a good-sized property, and the entire property had to be reworked due to the elevations and boulders. Putting in a couple of blue stone patios, several walkways, and steps at different elevations, rebuilding the rock wall on the property, and putting two driveways, a circular driveway in the front and a straight driveway on the side of the house, going to the bottom garages with cobblestone skirts and trim on both driveways. Finished with over 800 species of trees, plants, and bushes that are native to our area, and caring for our 100+ year old beach tree as part of the design. Zach, the owner, is friendly, creative, professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. His team, Mark, supervisor, with a great eye and vision, Logan, 2nd in command, proficient at execution, and his masonry team of three, Jamie, Alfredo, and Gerbert, are artists with perfection with their stone work. Zack and his team were on site every day from 8 am to 6+pm, working diligently, with good ethics, handling any challenges, such as the excavation work and our contractor who delayed him, yet maintaining clear communication throughout the project, and delivering excellent results and a clean-up. The end product is beautiful, with the job done to perfection. Peter and I are grateful for the outstanding job you did in transforming our property into a beautiful landscape. We had Zach and his team work with us on creating a new vision for the front and back of our house. They helped us create a much more visually attractive, but equally (if not more so) important a functional space for our family. Due to the challenges with our property the back part of our house is less a yard than the top of a hill. The foundation for a new patio was installed and they helped me to resolve some historic drainage issues along the way, including installing piping for gutter drainage. In the front the team helped layout a new entrance design and move select boulders. They also helped us correct a very strange driveway spur making it much more functional. Mark and Andy was a consistent presence for the duration of the projects, but they were very respectful, communicative when they needed communication and ultimately easy on them nerves. Alfredo and Herbert laid down all the bluestone which was a pretty fascinating process to watch. Like Mark and Andy they were incredibly respectful and easy to have present during the project. Zach was really great at working with us and answered all our questions (which we had a lot of as we’d never undertaken a project of this size). He helped talk through options, gave us an understanding of costs, and walked us through selecting appropriate plannings (and advice on how we might consider expanding in the future). He remains a source of knowledge for us even after project completion which is greatly appreciated. Overall we have been very happy with the overhaul performed on our property in terms of both aesthetics and function and we would definitely work with Zach and the whole NNEL team again!
