Dan did an excellent job installing new overhead lights and making repairs to a bathroom fan and outdoor light fixture. He does great work and is very knowledgeable!

Disappointed... I had a problem with a GFCI outlet. I had checked breaker switches etc and couldn't get it to work. I called Empire for repair and as I was walking him through the problem the GFCI was now working. He was there no more than 5-10 minutes and charged me $100. I didn't argue with him but I did tell him I thought it was excessive. He told me he usually charges $200. for show up fee and I was getting a break.

Dan has been our go to electrician for a few years now. We recently had a flood in our basement and he was able to assist with fixing our outlets. Dan is very reliable and gets the job done!

I lost power at my residence just before the holiday. Dan answered my call and was available past 5pm the same day! He arrived about 30 minutes after our initial conversation, as promised.
He was polite and knowledgeable. After investigating, he discovered the issue was with wiring outside of the home and offered to call RI energy directly to save myself hours of time waiting on hold. He was prompt, courteous, very efficient and went above and beyond to help get my power restored. As a business owner I recognize and greatly appreciate the extra effort and time he took to resolve my issue.

Dan did an excellent job of identifying mystery switches in my home and labelling the electrical panel which previously had no labels, installing a new wall fan in the breezeway and replacing an outdoor light fixture.
