Dan was so helpful with the installation of my electric car charger. He was able to get it done fairly quickly, which was great. He arranged for the inspection and communicated throughout the whole process. I recommend his services highly!

Dan came to work on a job but found other issues so was i able to complete the job. He was clear, concise, and rather then just do an unprofessional incomplete job he explained what needed to be done and is planning on coming back to complete the job as it should be done.

Hired Dan to upgrade the service in my mother’s house. He scheduled the work within a week, showed up when he said he would and completed the job professionally and efficiently all in one day.
He encountered several unforeseen issues which he rectified expeditiously and cleaned out up completely when he was done. I will certainly call Empire Electric the next time I need an electrician.

I googled electricians online and randomly called Dan from Empire Electric to discuss an electricity problem we were having in both our bedrooms. Dan was patient, understanding and respectfully of my limited knowledge of anything electrical. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He asked me a few questions and then set out to troubleshoot. He identified immediately the root of the problem and got me back up and running.
All i can say is Dan is honest, prideful and very reasonable with his pricing.

Everything about Empire was great. Booking was easy and they were quick at responding. After being ghosted by electricians or being told no one could come out to me in a timely manner, Empire was a breath of fresh air. Dan showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything in terms my mother (who is not handy by any stretch) could understand while she was watching my house and dog (who also loved Dan by the way). Dan was wonderful! Although he was running a little late due to an emergency, he called us to let us know when he would make it. Upon arrival, he carefully assessed the situation and began work. After a couple of hours, he had successfully fixed all of the issues we had and even made some additional improvements. He also gave us a fair price. After being taken advantage of by A-One Electric, we were truly grateful to Dan for being so kind, honest, and competent. We will definitely call upon him again in the future when we need electrical work done.

Dan is no doubt the best electrician we have hired over the years (we are 25+ years homeowners). When a project has unforeseen issues, you will know very quickly if the person you hired has character and skills. None of the 4 electrician we interviewed mentioned anything about needing an electrician from the solar company (we have solar panels) for our electric upgrade and EV charger installation. After Dan finished his job, we realized our solar cable was not connected. Upon a bit of discussion, Dan took care of contacting the solar company to hook up the cable without charging us extra. We are beyond grateful to Dan! He could easily said that was not his problem as it was not in the contract and partly it was our fault for not knowing the intricacies of electrical work (apparently only electricians from solar companies can touch anything solar, a lesson for anyone who have solar panels). In addition, when we noticed our door bell did not work after the project is done, Dan came over to fix it right away! I wonder how many electricians could match that. So in the future Dan will be our go to electrician. No question about that.

Dan installed an outside outlet in a waterproof enclosure for my new irrigation system. He needed to drill through part of my concrete foundation, no problem. Work was completed on time and clean.

Chris did an excellent job! He was very prompt in getting back to me. He did the work when he promised and we have had no issues since he did the work. Would definitely call him again if I need electrical work done.

Chris came out during an emergency, and on a holiday weekend to solve our electrical problem. He was very professional, fast and did excellent work.

Chris Romano was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. He responded to my inquiry within minutes ( which I found to be rare for electricians in the area) He did several wiring projects and made a return trip when the fixture we bought didn’t fit the space. His quote and payment portal is quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Chris ( and already have!)

I thought I had a situation that could be a fire hazard on a Friday night. Chris came really quickly, diagnosed the issue, and calmed my fears after a thorough look.
