This is my second year with MerryMaids. I’m lucky to have continuity with one person, Melissa who’s fantastic. I enjoy the predictably and communication offered. They clean my house with care and experience.

Carlina does an excellent job every time she comes to our house. I would highly recommend Merry Maids for service, price, and timeliness.

First time using this service.
Needed a deep clean.
The team did an exceptional job.
Lesley and Lilian worked tirelessly and left the house sparkling.
Will seriously consider for routine cleaning.

I continue to use this service on a monthly basis, they are dependable and thorough. So wonderful to come home to a clean home!

Overall experience has been very good. I do think the cleaning is dependent on the people who clean, not always the same, It’s ranged from mediocre cleaning to excellent. But my most recent experience was excellent. I always enjoy the nice smells that linger after a good cleaning but again doesn’t happen with every cleaning. The staff that work for MM that handle scheduling and other things however are always friendly and very helpful and I do appreciate that very much.
My one complaint is regarding last minute cancellations by the customer and while I understand this impacts schedules and such as a long term customer, paying a fee for that is disappointing when it doesn’t happen often and sometimes life happens and things need to be rescheduled at the last minute.

My first experience with Merry Maids for 3hrs of deep cleaning. The ladies arrived & questioned me as to their assignment but spoke very little English. They called their supervisor for details.
I've had a deep cleaning done before with another company. MM didn't seem to clean anything with more effort than my usual homemaker. There was a spot (size of a half dollar) on the rug. Wasn't questioned or mentioned. I guess that's more than deep cleaning.
I just allowed them to follow their routine & not micro-manage their work. We received a call after 5pm telling us to have the girls leave, they were here too long..for them to leave immediately, in the middle of washing the last floor.

I know this is only example of many cleaning teams available. MM should send out a team where at least one person is fluent in the customer's preferred language. These ladies were not energetic/eager to represent MM with a good impression. They seemed like girlfriends who were spending Saturday afternoon helping the other clean their apartment. They were not Merry, I'm sorry to say.

These people are so accommodating and the two girls that come to our place to clean are so excellent!

I like that I can count on cleaners coming each week, but it varies by the week depending on who they send. Sometimes the cleaners speak very little English and communicate is difficult, sometimes they send two women; sometimes only one. Some cleaners are better than others.

I love and have been a Merry Maids customer for over 8 years. The office staff is ALWAYS on point with details (shout out to Debbie for fielding all my emails). Our weekly cleaner, Katie, constantly goes above and beyond (bringing in trash bins from the street that is NOT in the job description, bringing in AND unloading grocery deliveries when I scheduled something and wasn’t home, knowing I don’t like my curtains messed with. The list goes on. This particular week Katie went above even the highest expectations. She arrived and found me unconscious on my kitchen floor. She calmly got me awake, got me safely into bed, and managed to distract me long enough to call the office for help tracking down my husband when I refused to let her call him while in a state of delirium. I can’t imagine how traumatizing it must have been to walk into someone’s home to find them like that. I had hit my head on my hardwood floor and I don't know what would have happened if Katie didn’t find me. She sat with me in bed until my husband got home and instead of leaving she stayed to clean my entire house. The office staff and Katie have checked on me several times since. I am a lifelong customer and urge you to schedule a cleaning immediately. You won’t regret it.

They missed several areas. The tops of the window sill, the top of the door frames, the top and behind a large dresser that we had pulled out so it could be reached. My son iin law cleaned it prior to photos.

Everything went so smoothly . Very attentive and professional team . Customer service is second to none

Signed up for the “sparkling clean and got a basic at best.

Quick response time, clean, organized for the 1st time using them. I will definitely be using them again! The time spent, the price & how clean everything was, I am beyond pleased! Thank you ladies!

Over priced and they missed so much. When I told them about what they missed they worked with me and cleaned again. Still found spots they did not clean. Honestly not worth my time to keep going back and forth with them. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

From the onset, Deb provided Excellent Customer Service. She is an excellent listener and provided the exact services that we requested. Deb’s skills were very warm and welcoming! This cleaning was gifted to me as I am in the middle of a medical issue. They prioritized the areas I asked them to and left my shower perfectly clean (I have trouble getting the grout fully cleaned). They did a wonderful job.

Brenda did a fantastic job cleaning my bathroom. 100% satisfied and totally recommend. Personally I’ll be using Merry Maids again :)
