Merry maids came to my house and did great work overall. We did have a bit of a miscommunication at one point, but Trisha and the team worked diligently to resolve the issue. We decided because of this, we would sign up for monthly recurring services. Thank you Merry maids!

It was such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. The housekeepers did a very good job. I would use their services again. I don't think anyone is going to clean the house exactly as you yourself do. However, I felt comfortable with having unknown people enter my home and clean the essentials; dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and cleaning the bathroom. I also felt the people from this company were trustworthy enough for me to leave my home while they cleaned. Thank you Merry Maids.

The entire process from the first meeting to the start of our service contract has been quick, professional and easy. Cleaning services on-site have been outstanding. Everything we needed done in our scope of work is being accomplished every time they are on-site.

Not only do they do a great thorough job but they have great personalities.

The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful, but when is came to the person spraying my facility is was the complete opposite of what I was told would happen. The person spraying said that there was no such product with a 6 month application, which I paid for. I was told it would take an hour to spray my facility, he was in and out in 10 minutes. I talked to a employee about what had happened and he said he would get back to me and never did.

I wish I never spent my $550 with this company.
Could have used it somewhere else with another company to get the job done right.
