Frank installed a dishwasher where we previously had not had one. This was completed in a timely manner; and when I got home, everything was clean and working very well. 100% would recommend RI Appliance to anyone.

So.. it was Saturday, a house full of guests, a full fridge and freezer… not a clue why my freezer draw would not close… I called and got Frank on the phone… he walked me thru it and calmed me down … all with patience, knowledge and kindness… even though he was at another job! Amazing diagnostic skills with just a a few texts and photos. Referred me to a much cheaper source than a distributor for the needed part, then installed it just 24 hours later. Quick, professional, and reasonable rates considering the emergency nature of the situation and how promptly he was able to fix the issue. Will work with him again.

Just to echo others, Frank knows what he’s doing, and cares about his work. He replied quickly and helped me on a tight schedule.

From start to finish, Rhode Island Appliance was a joy to work with. Maria set up the appointments, and Frank did all the hard work. He helped us pick out our new washer dryer and installed it for us; that makes it sound like an easy job, but it was NOT. The cords in the back of the appliances gave us an issue, but he worked endlessly to make sure that our new pieces fit seamlessly into our laundry closet. The install should have taken way less time than he actually spent doing it, but he would not give up and spent extra hours of his time to make sure the job was done perfectly. Furthermore, he gave us great advice about other appliances for our house. Frank is a true consummate professional, and was pleasant and kind to work with despite all the setbacks. I am happy to give my business to this company and will, most certainly, call them again if I am in need of an appliance, or if I need help, advice, or repair. We called Rhode Island Appliance when our (older) dryer stopped working. Maria was amazing with setting up a time for Frank to come out and take a look at our dryer. I was even able to send them a video so they had a better understanding of what was happening.

Frank came the next morning as scheduled. He was kind, knowledgeable, and great with communication! He was able to get us up and running in no time and we found the laundry room clean and put back together!

I knew from our first communication that Frank was a stand up guy - rather than come over and just start running up our bill, he started problem solving with me via text right away. When it became apparent it was a bigger problem than I could fix - one dryer wasn't heating/drying clothes and the two washers were stopping mid cycle - he came out, investigated the problems and walked me through the 'try to fix vs just replace the whole machine" options rather than just telling me what to do. We went from 1/4 machines in our rental working to 4/4 machines working. Very glad to have found Frank - it's hard to find such honest and capable help these days.

Frank installed a dishwasher into a counter space. He had to remove the cabinet and do the electrical and plumbing work for the dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. He communicated well and did an excellent job! He also helped me plan where to put the dishwasher!! He was very helpful. I recommend him!!

Frank was quick to respond to my request for service and performed tasks efficiently and ably. Specifically, he installed a new window AC unit and attended to a couple kitchen appliance repairs as well. I will definitely contact him for future appliance issues!

I recently had issues with my Samsung refrigerator’s ice machine, which had stopped producing ice, and also needed a repair for the ball bearing in my Samsung dryer. Frank came to the rescue with his exceptional repair skills. He quickly diagnosed the problems and efficiently fixed both appliances.

I don’t know how to say enough about Frank and his service… My husband called him six days ago with a complicated stove replacement/installation and here we are six days later with a brand new stove and a difficult installation that Frank was able to handle with such skill and knowledge.
Not only that, but he was extremely professional in his interactions with us and I also heard him on calls with customers calling for help while he was at our house… He was just so kind and patient and I thought wow this guy is a rockstar!! We had a problem with our LG washing machine that the previous owners of our house installed. Frank was able to come in with a few hours of notice after another contractor scheduled to come by ghosted us completely. Frank went above and beyond with his service. He climbed into a tiny area behind our washer/dryer in our cramped bathroom/laundry room. We needed a replacement part, which Frank helped us source and comparison shop, which saved us money.

Frank is excellent. He came out same day to help me figure out an issue with my new Thermador oven. He stayed and made sure it was all working, and he was very conscious not to scratch or damage anything in my new kitchen. Overall great service.
