Called Saturday morning and Frank was able to come over a few hours later. He fixed the issue with our dryer in 10 mins and then took care of a dishwasher issue quickly as well. None needed parts. Charge was $140 which seemed on par with others I’ve used. Frank was a nice guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again. I will consider buying appliances from him in the future too.

Frank is the greatest. Don't even call anyone else. I was in a jam with a washer machine he came the same day and fixed it!

Frank saved our Thanksgiving! Our oven was having some quirky issues and someone referred RI Appliance. I gave him a call and unfortunately we live outside of the area he covers. He could’ve easily said bye after he realized how far I was, but he asked what the problem was and had me send some pictures over. Over the span of a few hours he helped me troubleshoot over the phone and we figured it out! It’s hard to find truly helpful and kind people these days. I would 100% this business to anyone who is in need of appliance repair.

Exceptional business!! I reached out via email and had a call back within about 15 minutes. Frank was accommodating with scheduling the visit for my washer repair as we worked to find a time that was a good fit. The issue was explained and fixed during the same appointment! Frank was wonderful!! He was fast and efficient with firing out what part I needed for my washer and what started out to be a 150$ fix ended up being a $13 repair!! And then he sent me to Trible’s for the part and they were wonderful as well. Thanks Frank!! Yer the best!!🩵⚡️✨🙂‍↔️💫

Frank called said he was ahead of time could he come early, I was like sure ! He was a very polite young man. He fixed my gas range and washer. Was Pleasant the whole time. I was pleased with his work and price. I will def use them again
