He did a good job and came when he said he would. Exceeded expectations in service and labor.

Called in spoke with stew regarding a job, gave me time, never showed up never called. Uses private number to call from, plays games when answers the phone and pretends he doesn't hear. Plays too much games and alot of turning around. He can't be trusted and he won't be reliable. Be straight forward in business and don't take the market for granted.

Very professional and helpful company with great customer service. They had recently done work to my condo related to the airport sound mitigation program and came over immediately when I lost electricity in my bedroom (and some outlets outside of it) and could not get power back on. Even though the problem was discovered to not be related to the work they did earlier in the year, they did not charge me and said they would consider it covered under the 1 year warranty. Highly recommend J & J Electric.
