Was referred to a RTP by a close friend of mine who spoke highly of their work and I was very happy I took their referral as RTP has been nothing but great for us. Our point of contact for sales, Sheena, was fantastic. At no point during the process did we feel as though anything was being forced onto us, no aggressive pitch strategies, and no smoke & mirrors. Sheena was super accommodating with changes, questions, or concerns we had about the project and really went out of her way to make it known that they weren't just trying to make a quick buck and run up bill with unnecessary expenses.

Our project manager Ally kept us updated before, during, and after the build which was super helpful to know where we stood in the process and what to expect. There were a couple additional requests made by our electric company and Ally & her team were on it with responses in minutes when I received notification of request for further documentation.

Our install team (Austin, Andy, Oscar, Armanny) were in and out super fast. There were no issues with the install, they were all very respectful of our property, were friendly to our dogs, and played good music! They did a great job of cleaning up what was a pretty large project and circled around several times to make sure they grabbed anything that might've been missed.

All and all I am really glad I went with them - had no issues getting my tax credits and was exactly what they said it'd be. Will 100% use them in the future if we add more solar panels or a battery!

Honestly, I avoided the solar sales guys for the longest time. But, Fall 2025 I went to the Home show in Providence and amongst the slew of Solar booths there n salesmen jumping with pens shoved in your face. Beside the Ax throwing activity stood the approachable, well informed Representative from RTP. I say Representative over Salesman because it wasn't anything other than a conversation full of information and comparitive transparency I had yet to be offered by anyone else. I had the joy of getting to meet with both Justin Algiere and Greg Horton. After taking a wrong turn on my path to solar savings, my undeniable gut feeling, the genuine interaction/excitement these two gentlemen have for this company, and their unwavering support even as I explored other options led me in a sharp U-turn straight back to RTP With 1000% confidence. They are not nationwide so you mean something to them, they are family run, all in house no subcontracted pieces, and every step of the way I was communicated with. I wasn't just another sale to beat the competition, these are connections.

If you are even considering solar, RTP is 1million% the right choice. No other company will ever compete as far as I'm concerned.

Within weeks I am happy to say install is complete. Hyrum, Gerry, JT, and Jason came out and did the most epic job. Design is exactly as expected, explanation was in a way I could comprehend. You can certainly tell RTP takes care of its employees and its customers.

Cherry on top is they do more than solar so you bet they'll continually have my business.

Really happy with my experience with Rooftop Power. From the first consultation to final PTO, the whole process was smooth and well organized. Scott was very transparent about system sizing, realistic about production expectations, and always quick to respond to questions.

Installation was clean and professional, and they handled permits and inspections without any issues. I also appreciated that they helped resolve a small monitoring/CT issue after install — good follow-up support makes a big difference.

I recently finished setting up solar with Rooftop Power, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. I chose their Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which meant zero upfront costs. Instead, I simply pay for the power the panels produce at a locked-in rate that’s significantly cheaper than my previous utility bills. I don’t have to worry about owning the system or dealing with maintenance, and after my first billing cycle, my monthly energy costs are already down about 20–25%.

The installation team was just as professional. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and completed the job without turning my home into a construction zone. When they finished, everything was clean and well organized.

Now that the system has been running for a few months, it’s producing clean energy consistently, my electricity costs are lower, and I feel great about reducing my reliance on fossil fuels.
