Had the pleasure of working with Zach through most of the process. Scheduling was clear, even though there was a delay due to the weather. Zach was very transparent and careful around the property given we probably should have had the windows cleaned before everything started growing like crazy. Would recommend in general based on business philosophy and goals - a company I’ll use in the future when the services are needed.

Our home looks fantastic. The siding is so clean. The workmen were polite and worked quickly removing lawn chairs and other items out of the way. They were careful to replace all items after finishing their work was complete.

I had both power washing and Christmas lights installed in the same day. Great service!

Dan was great through the whole process.
My roof wasn’t clearing up after the 1st treatment done on 5/15/25 and they were working during a torrential downpour. I asked Dan if it was possible that the chemicals got washed off because it was raining so hard that day and he said no.
Dan said give it some time so the chemicals can work. Called Dan back on 7/8/25 to let him know that the roof was still dirty and send him pictures. He called me back saying it still maybe too early so lets wait till about the 2nd week of September.
Called Dan back on 9/8/25 and he scheduled a 2nd treatment for 9/15/25 @ 2pm. Dan actually took a ride to my house to look at the roof. I wasn’t home at that time.
The techs came back as scheduled & it was a sunny day.
The techs applied the chemicals again on the rear sections of the roofing. My front didn’t need any cleaning.
I will call Dan in about 2 months & let him know what the results are.
I have to say Dan handled everything on a professional level, which to me, is great customer service & the tech were very kind.

I requested a quote for Christmas Lights and received a quick response. Excellent communication continued throughout the process and the results are awesome ! Highly recommend!

Wonderful to work with, pleasant and understanding of our needs. Very clear about what they were doing and costs. They did a great job on decks and a porch that really needed to be cleaned! Highly recommend. If you have a well or low water reserve this company has a water truck to help out. Reasonable price. So grateful to them for making our hime safer and nicer to look at!

Zach was excellent! He did a great job of explaining the process of installing Rain Drop gutter guards and the benefits of this product compared to other gutter guards. He and his crew completed the cleaning of the gutters and installation of the gutter guards in one afternoon. Zach sent photos of the finished product, which was cool to see. Highly recommend!

Fast installation - awesome work crew. I'm happy with my decision to outsource the exterior holiday lighting. I'm already looking forward to next year!

We saw a sign after Downspout cleaned a neighbor's home... and it was gleaming! Now we, happily, have similar fortune after a recent gutter rinse and soft wash of vinyl siding. Much appreciate the Downspout team's responsive service from the timely appointment for an estimate, through the text/call/email communications to get us to our cleaning date. The two team members who skillfully performed the work were prompt, friendly, thorough, and aware of some unique aspects of our property (some buried downspouts/drains, recent landscape work... they took care and were respectful, even gently rinsed the plants near the house!)
Highly recommend!
