I just had them install Gutter Guards here in East Greenwich RI and they were on time for the appointment and as part of the work all gutters were hand cleaned and then rinsed including the downspouts before the install. They left the area clean and the crew was great. The quote was very reasonable and the product is well made. I highly recommend them for all their services.

We worked with Downspout for the first time this year to install our exterior holiday lights in Barrington, RI, and had a great experience. They were punctual for the estimate and provided an AI-generated image of our home with lighting options, which made it easy to visualize the final look. They handle installation, removal, storage, and reinstallation the following year, which is incredibly convenient. On installation day, Josh arrived right on time, clearly explained the process, and the team worked for hours in cold, rainy conditions to get everything just right. Zach, Dan and the team are amazing. First time ever using their Christmas Light service and we are happy we did. Punctual, professional and efficient. Zach and his team at Down Spout did a phenomenal job on our residential building in North Kingstown, RI. They were punctual and thorough and I will be using them at all my properties from now on.

The crew did a great job cleaning the siding and roof of our 1400+ sq ft home. We had a couple of minor issues when the job was completed. I notified them and they returned and corrected the issues to 100% satisfaction. They do good work at a fair price and I would recommend this company to our friends and family.

Hopkins Hill nursery is a quaint and cozy place with a vast assortment of flowers, shrubs, trees, seasonal décor, etc. Wonderful customer service; helpful and insightful employees. Would definitely recommend for people who want to purchase a few plants for their garden, all the way to people who want to do an entire property makeover!

Haven’t had great luck with this place. They don’t seem to take the best care of their plants so really make sure you look at the quality of plant before you take it home. They do not offer a guarantee. Came home with bee balm with mildew on it. Tried to return but they wouldn’t take it back in fact tried to blame me saying I didn’t water it but I have other bee balm adjacent to it which is thriving.

Hopkins Hill has a great assortment of so much more than awesome Christmas trees: beautiful wreaths, bows.. friendly service and very reasonable prices. Why go to a box store when you can support a smaller family owned business with everything!

Great place to bring the family to get plants, Christmas trees, and seasonal decorative items. Kurt and his staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. During the holiday season they also run a program to provide Christmas trees to those that otherwise wouldn't be able to obtain one. It's great to see local small businesses like this doing things right. I highly recommend!
