Been customer for over 10 years, just receive Propane now. In 2024 I did not order more than 75 gallons of propane so finally 8 months later I receive a $99 Fee for not hitting minimums in 2024. When I call to check the charge I spoke to Chris and She told me I received a letter last year. Best part is the way they schedule the propane deliveries so if you now close to new minimums you won’t hit them. I would not do business with Petro they lost the neighborhood friendly energy solution they once had. It’s all about charging you premiums for no service.

Two years ago, my heat went out. They sent a technician out he damaged my boiler then the company sent a manager out who tried to sell me on a new boiler after a weekend of no heat. I called another company. They came out and fixed it in 20 minutes. I watched the video cameras that I have in my basement and I heard the first technician talking about how he damaged parts of the boiler. They have good oil prices, though.

We closed our account after two really bad incidents we had with this company. We had a bad leak not caught by the yearly maintenance fee we pay. Cost me 1700 dollars to fix the sub flooring. Second incident was the nail In The coffin, they disconnect my oil tank and took pieces to the pump. Cost us 3800 to get my new tank setup before winter. The guy running the office in Warwick is a scammer. I hope petro knows that they are making it hard for customers. Petro is the worst service I’ve ever received. PETRO! Stop ripping people off!

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The first time I called for service, I was told that I would be called back in half an hour. Call never came. The second time I called I felt like I was bothering him. If he could not accommodate me, why didn't he just say so? I would have preferred hearing that---how about the truth. Shop local---Right.

John has done great work for me in the past. It's time for an efficiency check, furnace cleaning, oil filter change, power vent lubrication, and blower motor speed calibration.

John has performed service on existing boilers and has installed new boilers for me. John's service and quality of work is always A++. You know its going to get done right when John's doing the work and that is important.

I have recommended him to a few friends.

I've never dealt with John directly because my husband takes care of that. All I know is the price is reasonable and the job is always done right. I have recommended him to a few friends.

We had a leaking AC unit, causing water to drip into our living room. John was great - he came over as soon as he could. He quickly addressed the issue and gave some great advice for us moving forward with our older AC unit.

John is great, I really appreciate his honestly, I thought I had a bad compressor that needed to be replaced. John did his investigation and realized that I just needed to refill the refrigerant. I had the new compressor ready from the manufacture ready to be replaced. John was professional, honest and fixed what the true problem was. He could've replaced the conpressor and charge me for at least 3 hours of work but he doesn't work like that. Thank you John

We just installed a new GREE heating and AC heat pump combo through the Mass Save program with Bileau HVAC- John is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to me and was extremely dedicated to getting the job done to my liking. Kathy in the office is extremely helpful and kind as well.
