Ordered a 10x16 shed from here after my smaller shed rusted out over the years. Leía and her crew were awesome. Very detailed and informative. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Even the delivery company they use was top notch. Everything was on schedule and coordinated with great communication during the process. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend these people. Leia is awesome and oh so patient and helpful. With their current sale, I was able to get the biggest electrical package, bigger and extra windows, taller walls, and still had discount left over towards total price. Excited and can't wait for my shed/future tiny home to be delivered. Praying this rain stops so it isn't delayed. If you're thinking about a shed or metal building at all, I advise you to go talk to Leia and take advantage of the 20% off before the sale ends. If you miss the sale, I have no doubt they will make you a great deal even without it. There was no pressure put on me to buy bigger and was even encouraged to go with smaller than first intended. Although on my own a few days later, I decided I wanted to go for it and ended up ordering much bigger than I thought I could get thanks to the great discount being offered. :) Love you, Leia. Stop looking. This couple has over a decade of experience and they will walk you through the process and explain in-depth the questions you have. Customize the way you want or see all the inventory you need to including metal buildings and thats it's own game and man these guys are sharp!! With so many options in houston, younger to talk to an expert. I found them!!

Leia was terrific. Shed is well built. Delivery and set up was on time and done professionally. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a shed.

If you’re looking for a reasonable price storage solution with an exceptional payment plan great customer service (thankyou Leia) then look no further. My building was only $100 to secure and get delivered. Leia told me 2-3 weeks for delivery turned out to be 3 days. Eric sent Delton to deliver the shed and he did a VERY professional job leveling and placing the shed EXACTLY where I requested even moving it a few times in between. The shed is of high quality with keys paint & window I’m actually paying $1000 less than the sticker price and $1500 less than the big box stores no penalty for early payoff of the CASH price no financed price if you’re short on cash but need a storage solution fast I’ve not ran across anyone better than Leia and Premier Buildings

It's absolutely beautiful. The entire process from purchase thru install was smooth as silk. 8 foot walls was a tad high, I'd do 6 if I had it to do over again... I just didn't spend as much time on measurements as I should've done. But. If I ever get an RV ITLL FIT!

I had an awesome experience buying a cabin for my deer lease! Leia was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the cabin and answered every question I had promptly. I bought a 12x40 shed and experienced the best customer service ever. From start to finish they stay with you. On time and great work on the tie downs. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason Blakley our sales person was wonderful. He walked us through the entire process. He was able to make adjustments to the size once we realized the one that we ordered was going to be too big. He even called us to check on the installation on his day off. He was not only a salesperson, but he cared that we were happy with entire process.
