Happy with the shed, and great experience from start to finish. Jayson was very helpful with design & customization, the build team did an excellent job, and communication was on point through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Alethea was great to work with and this would have been a 5 star rating if the sales office had not made the assumption that I wanted to pay the balance owed on my account with my credit card. They did not contact me to ask if that was the way I wanted to handle the payment,,..it wasn't. Everything else was great and we love the shed.

After designing our shed online (really cool tool), I got in touch with Alethea and she double checked it all to make sure it would work well for our needs. Then they scheduled delivery and build within a week! A totally seamless experience at a fair price. We're totally impressed.

What a great experience! Beginning with the advice and planning provided by Jayson, to the scheduling and subsequent installation by Zack, James and Efrain, this was a perfect example of talented, thoughtful customer service--probably made all the easier by the participants as they have the good fortune of representing a quality product. I waked in the store and was immediately greeted by Jayson and his big smile. I knew what I wanted and Jayson gave me some good advice on different options available that really helped out. In under 30 minutes I was in and out with the delivery and install scheduled within a week. The installation was on time and went great. Jayson was very helpful getting 10 8x8 Tuff Sheds built on site for Ginger Rose Rv Park. They tuned out great. My tenants are happy to have these storage on their space. Looking forward on getting more. Thank Jayson for being patient with me. Look forward on getting more sheds.

We needed a new shed as our old metal shed was leaking and small. Our son had recommended Tuff Shed as they had one designed by Jayson in 2021 and it came out beautifully.
So we spoke to Jayson when we came in and he listened to our needs and showed us a great design. Jayson set us up for the install within 4 days to beat the rain.
We are very happy and now can clear out the garage for more room there.

Our experience with Tuff Shed was fantastic from start to finish. I prepared several dozen mock-ups in Tuff Shed online designer before moving forward with prelims and engineered design plans. After obtaining a building permit for a 14 x 20 Pro Tall Ranch, Tuff Shed scheduled a 3-day build. The contract builders were professional and worked quickly. Finished product looks great. We hired others to add electrical & drywall after the build was complete. Overall, we plan to create extra office and living space. Definitely recommend!

After looking at all the display sheds on site I sat down with Alethea and she designed the perfect 10’x12’ tall ranch shed/workshop for my yard saving me money and designing for my needs. Very good experience, no pressure, and 12 month deferred interest! Highly recommend RP Tuff Shed.

We had a few sheds at our school that needed replacing and I reached out to Tuff Shed. The process was easy and straightforward. I think being able to build it out first and price it was probably what I liked the most. I got teamed up with Alethea and she took it from there. She's easy to work with and very responsive. Our sheds were delivered and assembled on the day I requested. Definitely recommend.

My experience of purchasing and installation of a 120 s.f. Tuff Shed was excellent. The sales representitive Alethea worked with my wife and I to select the a shed from all the many different models and multiple options to design a structure for our needs. During the design each concept we considered was clearly presented and priced prior to making our selection. The shed was delivered and assembled in one day without a problem.

My experience with Althea Brown and everyone at Tuff shed was excellent. She listened to my needs and didn't pressure me to get the final product to my home. I needed time to research my lighting options and she was great about checking in on occasion to see where I was on the project. The installers did a great job and when a problem popped up in the area we were installing the Tuff Shed management team came out and helped solve the issue. I am very happy with the product and the process.

We just had our new Tuff Shed barn delivered and installed yesterday… I’ve been waiting a long time to create my “she shed“, and it was worth the wait. The entire experience was pleasant and fun! Jayson in the sales office was professional, patient, and helpful with the design and upgrades that I asked for. He took the time to explain the process thoroughly to me, and I appreciated his suggestions. In fact, the entire staff in the Rohnert Park office were friendly and professional. The crew that installed the barn showed up early in the morning, and were fast and efficient… It took them about six hours to finish the job, and what a great job they did! I highly recommend a Tuff Shed for anyone that needs or wants their services!

Alethea was wonderful to work with! She did a site visit and helped me choose the perfect shed size, carefully working around multiple utility pedestals in my yard. We are big fans of Tuff Shed in general (we currently own 5 and intend to buy more) and Jayson is one of the big reasons we continue to buy Tuff Sheds. Recently, from the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Jayson's friendly smile and helpful demeanor. He listens well and makes helpful suggestions. Jayson knows and understands the Tuff Shed product line and is concerned about his customers getting exactly what we want. I discovered Tuff Shed after checking out the options in the parking lot at home depot. The sales rep shared that there was a larger selection just down the road at the Tuff Shed store front, so naturally I stopped by to see what they offered. We were looking to have a shed built around our existing pool pumps. I walked in and was greeted by Jayson who was knowledgeable and kind. He showed me a few options on the lot, gave me a couple quotes and checked me out in under 30 minutes. Two days later my shed arrived and was being built by their team which i found quite impressive. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because we hit a few bumps in the road with measurements of the pad + communication between the build team and the sales team, which led to a couple day delay in finishing our shed. The end result was a nice quality shed completed in two days instead of one. Yes, I would recommend Jayson + Tuff Shed going forward.
