Cash, Paul, Katelyn, and the entire team at Colorado Siding Repair were professional, courteous, and responsive. Our most recent project was finished even faster than we had anticipated. Since we were on a tight budget, they worked with us to replace the siding on one side of the house at a time. We really appreciate their beautiful work (see before and after photos below) and can't wait to have them finish the last wall of our house soon.

We recently had new siding installed on our home by Bellwether, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our sales rep, Seth Blue, did an excellent job understanding our goals and helping us choose the right siding to fit both our vision and budget. Dylan Harden, our Project Manager, made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us informed throughout the process. His crew lead, Julio, and the rest of the team worked with incredible attention to detail and took the time necessary to deliver a truly phenomenal result.

Cash and his team at CSR are awesome. Replaced the siding on the backside of my house, along with all the trim around all windows. Did a full paint job as well. He was very responsive, super honest and thorough about all questions we had, and felt his pricing was fair. Would highly recommend and will always be my go-to for all siding related issues.

Hands down will be using this company again! Cash (the Co-Founder) came out to evaluate the north side of our home, and with some simple explanations, he saved me over $9,600 by doing it myself! (Most companies will charge you to replace the whole side instead of the couple of pieces that might be broken) Not every situation will be like this, but the time Cash spent walking me through the project was something I haven’t seen from a company in a long time! Seth came to the house for our consultation I asked multiple times if they would be removing the old insulation he assured me they would which somehow didn't make it into the itemized list along with a window which is how they got the low bid...anyway the crew stripped my house down when I asked why they weren't taking the old insulation that the paper had stains.I noticed a lot of dirt and black spots they called the foreman he had them just rip the old insulations stained paper facing off then they put a very thin layer of new siding on top..here I am $30000 dollars later with black mold inside the walls... but this is a newly found issue that could have been resolved if they had done what they agreed to now I just have to live with a cold house leaky windows and black mold..I don't know if this is true or not but they contacted me and said they were under new ownership? The new owners seem very down to earth and hopefully nothing like this happens again.

When we decided to replace all of our home's windows, we talked to a number of window contractors at the annual home and garden show. We really liked the folks at Bellwether and decided they were who we wanted to do business with. They did not disappoint. From the sales and bidding process through the installation, Bellwether was nothing short of excellent in their performance. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years while my wife and I remodeled our large 1997 fixer-upper. Window replacement was the last thing we did and I feel like I really hit the jackpot with these folks. I will be recommending them to friends.

Bellwether was phenomenal. Cash came to the house in May after a large hail storm that damaged the vinyl on multiple sides. He spent over an hour talking with me, answering questions, and reviewing options. I said I didn't want a big beige house, and wanted to find a new, modernized aesthetic. He took my elementary ideas and ran with them, giving me a bid and first rendering in only a few days. We could tell from the visual rendering that it would be a stand-out house! Then it was about the process of transformation. The crews worked diligently even in 90 degree weather, were respectful, and cleaned each day. Their work was precise and exhibited true craftsmanship. Everyone we worked with cared about what their efforts were bringing in total. The text thread for the PM and the crew lead were always responded to. Even in the walk-throughs, they listened to any concerns I had and I could tell the whole team was pleased with the final product. The house is beautiful and with the upgrade to James Hardie, I think it will remain as such for many, many years. My neighbors loved watching the process with me.

Just had Bellwether install James Hardi siding on my son’s house. They did an excellent job . The communication was very good. Everyone we dealt with was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. The crew that came out to do the work did an excellent job and cleaned up the work site very well. We have hired many contractors over the years and this was one of the best that we have worked with. Do not hesitate to have them for your project..

We had a great experience. We had our siding replaced. They had a huge crew and it was completed in 3 days! My wife and I were shocked how fast they went, they were working hard to get it done before a cold front came in.

The crew was great, cleaned up, and got the dumpster out quickly.

Having your siding replaced is very loud, so I would recommend planning to be out of the house for the first 2 days (or get some good ear plugs!)

The best experience! I work in construction and am sad to say that most folks these days do not take any ownership, pride or responsibility. This was our experience when the contractor we had been working with on our major kitchen remodel decided he had not budgeted enough for the siding repair and didn't have anyone lined up so he just wasn't going to finish what we had contracted him to do. This left gaping holes in the side of our home and now was up to us to figure it out. We met with everyone who would meet with us in a mad dash to get our home protected and finished before winter weather. After being told the job was too small or couldn't be done or was going to cost an obscene amount we found Colorado Siding Repair. Cash was wonderful to work with had great ideas for making our repair look purpousful, since we had a very limited budget, and was willing to help get us to the finish line with our remodel. Rigo our installer was professional, kind and a true artist at his craft. We had 30 year old siding that he meticulously removed and saved to lace in on the long side of the house and you can't even tell. My project was very unique. I only needed to replace my gables and side a shed to match. I had 5 different quotes and Bellwether was the only reasonable one that was eager to do the job. I couldn't be happier with how it came out. It was such a small 4-day project and they worked outside of their comfort zone on my unique shed situation (4 doors and swing-in window). We installed a new Sierra Pacific door and 3 Pelle windows in our Lennar house in the northend area. The process took around 3 months and we're super pleased with the quality and care towards making our vision into a beautiful reality. The design process was super smooth and gave us a lot of ideas to work with while considering the structural integrity and resell value. The actual work days where the house was in a mess was less than 6 days, but scheduling and holidays was a factor in making sure everything was fully addressed. We're 100% working with Josh and Tanisha (and their great contractors) again on future projects. I think their team enjoys unique projects like cutting wider openings for walls and solving harder problems than just replacing siding and installing windows. Extremely skilled professionals.

Bellwether did a fantastic job of replacing the side shingles that were original on our 130-year-old home. There were many extra steps to go through because it is on the historic registry, and they had to get as close as possible to like replace like with like and had to create renderings of what the new tiles would look like. Laura was the original project manager and she was knowledgeable and patient. Cole managed the crew and they were all respectful and left absolutely no mess. Katie was responsive with our questions and it was a delight to meet Amy, who came today to see the finished project. She was delightful and was most receptive to any input on improving their service. I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a historic home.

The Bellwether team provided excellent services throughout the process of developing and carrying out our fire-resistant (James Hardie) siding project. Teri on the sales side was very responsive and happily answered all of our questions. Dennis and the installation team communicated the requirement of our project well and did an impeccable job with the installation. We didn't even find anything to put on a punch list after they were done. Karen was patient and flexible -- a pleasure to work with on the payments. It was great to work with this team in making our mountain home a safer place to live.

We are very happy with our new siding. James Hardie is exactly what we needed to get rid of pests and water that accumulated. The noise reduction has also been a great perk. Nick, Cole and Mason were all great to work with. We would definitely recommend

Had all of our siding replaced by Bellwether with James Hardie siding. They finished off the job by sealing and painting all eaves and trim work not replaced. Final product looks great. They had a few items to come back and complete and did so quickly and to our satisfaction. Great pricing, great communication. Would have given 5 starts but the installation crew did not do a good job of cleaning up everyday after they finished work. There was a dumpster literally in the driveway but our yard surrounding the house was littered with food and drink containers. That stated, Happy customers and would recommend.
