A few years ago we had siding put on and Bellwether was great so naturally when we needed to update some doors and put in a French door, we called on them again.
*Amy was great from start to finish making sure we were up to date on planning and getting everything we needed.
*Cole was great to work with throughout the whole process and really gave us a personal touch and made sure we got what we wanted.
*Luis and his crew made sure we knew about issues they ran into and worked hard to fix everything they found. They were respectful, professional, and did an amazing job.

I would suggest Bellwether to my family and friends, and we will use them again in the future.

Overall great experience. We had the team replace the siding in our house and garage. The attention to detail and quality of construction were great. There were a few areas we didn’t like the design and the team was quick to offer up an alternative and make it come to life. Would recommend to others looking for a new siding. We will consider them for some old windows that also need to be replaced.

This was a huge project and I am so thankful we hired Bellwether! From the very beginning, my first phone call with Amy to schedule someone to come out to give us an estimate, which in itself was amazing because the house was all brick and no other company even wanted to come out and give us an estimate for siding until the brick was completely removed. I spoke with Amy and she said, no problem, we can come out right away...yea!! Then we met with Seth and he gave us an amazing estimate for the entire brick removal and the new siding....but wait, believe me with this big of a job there were many hurdles. Seth worked hand-in-hand with the company we hired to put up the deck, which was a huge help. We had to schedule this in two phases. Phase 1, brick removal, which then added to putting in all new insulation because the house was built in '68 and had blown-in insulation so thank goodness Bellwether took care of putting in all new insulation around the exterior of the entire house. Then, on to Phase 2, which I had to keep rescheduling with Katie at Bellwether because there were delays on a number of levels (none had to do with Bellwether) but Katie kept in contact with me and she kept moving the siding installation out until we were truly ready, we wanted to make sure we did this right so there were electrical delays and weather delays, you name it, but we kept in close communication with Bellwether, they were so patient with us, and finally 5 months after brick removal we were ready for siding. We had met with Dylan who was going to coordinate the application of the siding and Dylan was also amazing to work with, just like everyone else at Bellwether! I honestly can't say enough good things about these wonderful people and the company itself. You can see from the pictures what a big project it was and Bellwether stayed in contact with our deck contractor and us, and we all worked together to get it done. We are thrilled with the way it turned out!! If you need siding or windows call Bellwether first, don't even waste your time calling any other company. Bellwether Windows, Siding & Doors, is the BEST!!! We can't say enough good things about them. They took care of every concern or question we had and worked with us for 5 long months getting this project completed. Thank you all at Bellwether, we will always give you the best review and we will highly recommend you to everyone we come across!!!

From start to finish this company has its act together. We hired Bellwether after interviewing 3 other companies to replace vinyl siding which had been hail damaged. We are so glad that we picked Bellwether and James Hardie siding. Seth, came out to give an estimate and he brought all the color samples and gave a great presentation of the company, the product, and the process. He is meticulous, dedicated, informative, and not pushy at all. One of the other companies did not bring samples and another gave us an estimate that included work that we didn’t ask for, and another left out a lot of information that we had discussed. Seth was just right on and help guide us with color choice and materials. His estimate was meticulous and accurate to what we had talked about with him.
Dylan was the project manager and did a great job informing us of what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and to be a constant contact with company and its crew. We had a message number that we could contact him if something was happening at our home that we were concerned about. It was a convenient way to be heard right away.
Angel was the lead for the construction crew that came out to replace our siding and he was just fantastic! Don’t let how young he looks fool you because he is experienced, knowledgeable, sincere, kind & nice, and a hard worker along with all of his crew. They did a fantastic job and we are so happy with our house. It almost feels like we have a new home and we feel confident it can withstand some of the extreme weather we get here in Colorado.
We were having my husband’s 70th birthday party at our house in 3 weeks and they were able to work us in and get our whole house done within 3 days with a big crew. That was so helpful and relieved a lot of stress for us so that we could get everything back together before the party. Thank you so much for that part!
Just wanted to mention Katie, Karen, and Amy in the office, they were so nice and helpful going through the HOA process and the follow-up.

Bellwether and their team of siding crew (Chuy’s team), project manager Dylan and office account’s person(Karen Fowler) were all great to work with on my Hardie plank siding replacement project. Everyone at Bellwether is invested in making sure the homeowner is satisfied with the end product.

Water/moisture damage was found underneath the old siding which caused an additional 2 days of work tearing off and replacing with new OSB board. A large picture window was found to have a broken seal necessitating a new window order. Through this unanticipated process, Chuy and Dennis helped with navigating the changes and time frames. Each day Chuy’s crew cleaned up the yard and driveway. They were consistently pleasant and courteous. I am very pleased with how the new siding looks and am anticipating that it will last a long time.

We selected Bellwether to help transform the exterior of our home, and they delivered! From the start, their bid was competitive and we could tell their team had the experience and vision to bring our renderings to life. Our project was fairly complex, requiring several phases, and Bellwether worked with our timeline and the various trades needed to get it done. They installed new Hardie siding (Iron Gray), Woodtone accents (Warm Espresso), flat EPDM roof, parapet caps, gutters, and several windows. Angel, his crew, and the PMs were efficient, courteous, detailed, and patient with our many nit-picky requests :) We ran into a couple unexpected issues along the way due to our house having a flat roof, and Bellwether always reacted quickly to make things right. We've recommended their team to several friends and plan to work with them again!

They knocked on my door offering free estimates. I scheduled a time for them to come give estimates, as I was getting ready to put my house on the market. They came for their appointment, then never called me. I called their office three times over the course of several weeks until finally someone returned my call. Needless to say I went with another company

We used Texas Home Improvement to get our new roof installed and could not be happier! From the phone correspondence with Erica, to the no-pressure salesman, Chris Sosa, and our walk-through with Luis, we were always treated with respect and professionalism. Not to mention the crew that worked on our roof was efficient, respectful and did a fantastic job with clean-up. Texas Home Improvement assisted with replacing our home’s siding and roof. They did an excellent job! We ended up having a lot of rotted wood, but they skillfully fixed the problem. Communication was great, and we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Our house now looks great!

I received help with getting all new siding, new exterior paint and a roof. Financing options were great. The crew was also prompt on starting work each day and ending at appropriate times. Texas Home Improvement did an awesome job. They took off the old siding, gutters and backyard patio cover and installed HardiePlanks. They chalked and prepped my two story house, including the front and back exterior doors, before painting. They inspected for any touch ups before the new gutters were installed. Clean up was done everyday. The crew was professional, courteous and fast. I think my home looks amazing. I definitely recommend Texas Home Improvement.

I recently had Texas Home Improvements replace the vinyl siding on my house with hardie board, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

The project was scheduled promptly, just two weeks after signing the papers, based on my availability. The work was completed over three days, which was several days ahead of schedule. The team efficiently removed the old siding, installed the new hardie board and insulation, and painted it in the specific color of my choice.

The workmanship was exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the process. The final result exceeded my expectations, as the siding blended seamlessly with the architectural style of my home, significantly enhancing its curb appeal.

Texas Home Improvement could not have done a better job! The work crew was outstanding! They cheerfully did things for us that were not in the contract. They delivered and installed insulation and a new door free of charge. They also installed a new porch light and an exterior plug. From the first day working with the sales department to the last day and the final touches, could not have gone better. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. I am extremely impressed with the initial demo of the paint for the exterior and the demo for the roof. Everything they said they would do was done. They left no stone unturned to make sure I was satisfied. Texas Home Improvement has definitely got the proverbial well oiled machine. I am very satisfied with the service that Texas Home Improvements provided. They were thorough in their explanation of what services I would receive. Communication was very professional and quick. There was a small issue with the sizing of our windows, but Luis did a great job remedying the situation. He made sure that the remaining windows got to us as fast as possible. Overall working with Texas Home Improvements was a great experience.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Texas Home Improvement. Despite driving over 3 hours to the property (1.5 hours each way), wasting a significant amount of time on the commute, I found their sales tactics to be overly aggressive and high-pressure, making me feel uncomfortable and rushed.

After a nearly 4-hour sales pitch, they presented me with a quote for $56,000 for 3,300 square feet of regular shingles. Even with their "today only" discount, the price was significantly overpriced compared to market rates.

To my dismay, they ignored my explicit request for a metal roof. Instead, they claimed that their technician would address all my questions and present various options. However, after four hours of discussion, they were only able to offer two non-metal roofing choices. This was a clear misrepresentation and a complete waste of my time.

I believe this company's practices are highly untrustworthy. Their aggressive sales tactics, disregard for customer preferences, and inflated pricing are concerning. I would caution others to be extremely wary of dealing with Texas Home Improvement and to conduct thorough research before making any decisions.

I will start by saying that the work was completed and was done well - I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the workmanship or the end product. Two areas where this company could improve: 1. Communication and 2. Honesty. On the communication front, the most time I spent with Texas Home Improvement is during sales; after that, I would get maybe one check-in a day and wasn’t being updated on project sequencing until I asked to be kept in the loop. I also discovered some terms were glossed over (and not provided in writing), which led to a few uncomfortable conversations. Ultimately, we got these issues resolved, so I do have to give credit there, but the communication issues were totally avoidable in my view. On the honesty front, I was told the project would be done when I signed off on it and then, and only then, would my project be submitted to the loan company for payment. Instead, I got a call from the loan company informing me my project had been submitted for payment…before the work was complete. Fortunately, the loan company held payment until work actually was completed. I didn’t appreciate that, as I’ve had this experience with contractors previously who then did not finish the contracted work.

In short, I recommend this company for the quality of their work with some caveats: if you choose to do business with them, ensure you get everything in writing and leave no questions unasked.
