Mistake to buy replacement windows here. Salesman knew we wanted more energy efficiency than whar we currently had. What we got was much worse! Called to resolve. Installer was sent to apply a little caulk outside. Advised that was all that could be done. Room is very cold even with a fireplace.

Used ILC to install new siding and trim on the recommendation of a friend and we could not be happier. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. Gary the sales rep made sure all our concerns were addressed and everything we wanted was on the work order. GREAT JOB!

I has 8 windows installed in my home in Pleasant Hill. I found the installation service number 1. They took their time and was very detailed. They had to cut out a section of wall in one room for a bigger window and did a great job. Clean up after the job was excellent. Highly recommend this service.

James and his crew really helped me out in a time of need. No surprises in pricing as everything is quoted up front. Anything from doors to windows to roofing to encapsulating all of my old window trim with Aluminum. The house looks like new again! The owner was very responsive via phone or text any time I had questions or ideas. He even turned down a few jobs and recommended others who were more specialized in them. I would highly recommend Iowa Lumber & Construction for any home repair or improvement project.

Iowa Lumber & Construction build a patio and 4 Season room on that patio for us. At the time of a sale and making a decision with which company we should use, Iowa lumber & Construction have assured us to go with them because they are local company and that they will provide the best warranty. We recently discovered spots on our door glass "gass leaked out", exterior walls vinyl is braking and rotted plywood on outside of the walls. I called them to explain issues and concerns, but their response was that they don't have any records of that job done. I scanned all of the paperwork, receipts, plan and warranty card with their stamp on it and emailed it to them. After a few days passed and no return call from Iowa Lumber & Construction I called them to follow up on my email sent and at that time they said that they can't help me because company that was manufacturing 4 season patio rooms went out of business this year, and they suggested to me to hire a handy man for wall repairs and to replace 20 year warranty glass doors at my own expense.
Company that don't honor their warranty, and don't keep records of their sales and installation jobs is not reputable and don't deserve anyone's business.

We used iowa lumber to replace our picture window on the front of our house. We paid in full for the window ($1700+) in April 2021. We didn't get the window installed until July 2021. We were understanding of the delays because of covid and such. When I came time to install, we only had 1 screen and not 2. They ordered the correct size but had to wait a few more weeks until it came In. I asked to have them clean the adhesive off when they come back with the new screen, but when I did come, the screen was the wrong size and no adhesive was cleaned. They told us that a new one would be ordered again. And the same thing happened 1 more time. After many calls we finally were told it was ordered and would be completed that week. The screen did get delivered today, however, it was just left next to the window. Still no adhesive cleaned off. Luckily my husband is handy and can put the screen in and get on a ladder to clean the window. After spending almost $1800 I would have expected it to be perfect, but that was not the case. The job, for our one window, took 14 months to complete. Needless to say, we will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

Double T installed a custom bay awning for me, and they exceeded all expectation from knowledge on the first phone call to install. I would highly recommend this company for any exterior needs.

In my own personal opinion. I don’t think this is a very good place to get service done. ONLY because of a situation that happened today. The person who handled the complaint was extremely rude, and inconsiderate. If you post something they do not like, they will personally message you, and say they will involve lawyers, or call you. Which all in all. Thank you for being upfront, but that doesn’t get to the soltuaion. It makes people more mad. A loved one had this experience today and was very traumatized by it for giving a PERSONAL review. And reading other reviews she is not the only one who has delt with this.
I think if you guys would be nicer and more polite, get to the root of the problem “I’m sorry we did that let me tell you how we will fix it” you’d have a better business.
Again... this is my personal opinion and it is not reflected on how they do their job. They do their job excellent! Their people skills however are lacking.

Fantastic company to work with. They went above and beyond on what we had asked them to do, their quote was the best we had, and they're super flexible in making it work with your schedule. Kevin was awesome to work with. Highly recommend DTI.

We love our new seamless gutters! We also appreciate that the first time they came to put them on that our roof was rotting (!!!) and wanted the work to last and thus had us fix that instead of saying 'not our problem'. That said, why are you sending people out to us on Thanksgiving at all, much less without calling to tell us they're coming to work on something we didn't discuss?

Thank you again for the great service and product that you used on my home. The house looks so GOOD...especially the backyard where you covered all the old wood in the patio. I love it!!! I have called 3 times. Each time I call I am told the person that I need to speak with is busy. I leave my phone number and never get a call back. My home has holiday lighting installed from Dynamite Lights and I would like help programming it. So far still no response. My advice would be to make sure you don't have any questions remaining before you pay the bill. Because after-sales support is nonexistent.

Double T Inc. did an outstanding job on my 100 year old rental property. The roof line was uneven, eaves had holes, peeling paint, and major water spots everywhere. The installed fascia boards, eave/soffit underneath, gutters all around and four downspouts. It really cleaned up the appearance of the home and the roofline looks straight as an arrow. Their bid was lowest out of three bids and they stayed true to the cost (final invoice was the same as the original bid). I was referred by a neighbor who had a similar job done on their 100 year old house and it looks great too. I have already recommend this company to someone and would highly recommend them for future jobs.

We decided to use Double T Inc because they are Gephardt Approved. We had a lot of siding come off our house due to a bad wind storm. They did a great job replacing our siding and did so in a timely manner. We are so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
