We just completed a full exterior remodel of our home with Capitol Exteriors. This included removing all the stucco and replacing it with James Hardy board, replacing the soffit, facia, gutters, downspouts, windows, exterior electical lighting, and doing work on the roof and brick. The entire home was also painted.

Using Capitol Exteriors was a great decision. Our home looks amazing! Jason, the owner, clearly cares about the quality of work performed. Jason was on our job site regularly ensuring the work was being completed on time, on budget and to our liking. Rarely have I had good experiences with contractors...this experience was completely different. My neighbors keep telling me daily how incredible the house looks.

Capitol Exteriors did a complete exterior renovation (siding, stone, trim, gutter etc) on our house, and we could not be happier with the results. The project, from planning to completion, took several months. Jason directed the entire project for us. He navigated us through the planning and materials selection, the demolition of the existing siding, made sure there were no problems from the bad weather, co-ordinated with the window installation, and made appropriate suggestions along the way to insure the project result was the best it could be.

The crew was skilled, professional, and above all - easy to work with. They never complained about changes or adjustments. They showed up each and every day, worked all day, and took great pride in their work. They even filled in days on the weekend when there were inclement days during the week. When the project was complete, they removed all of the debris and left the site clean.

I would highly recommend Capitol Exteriors for any project you may have.

I was recommended Capitol Rain gutter by John, the owner of Pioneer Roofing. John was extremely honest with me throughout my roofing experience so when he recommended this company I trusted his opinion. I never met with a representative for the gutters instead it was all done over the phone and I left a check under my door mat. I'm extremely impressed with the installation of my new gutters and had a worry free experience. They seemed priced fairly which was also refreshing. I recommend!

Jason Boyle with Capitol Exteriors was amazing to work with. We had a roof leak and he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how fix it. This is a fantastic company. I was driving by a home three blocks from mine. After a few days I stopped to ask them to bid my rain gutters. The jobsite they were working on was clean and the guys were friendly. I had them come to my house they bid my gutters and they look fantastic. They were great to work with, on time, clean and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great job with a great price. I also called the office to make a payment and their office staff is so nice and very professional.

Very responsive and great customer service! Capitol Exteriors replaced our garage wrap in January, but the garage wrap started to snag the garage door sweep and then droop. Contacted the company and immediately had a reply. They came out in two days and remedied the problem. Repair techs contacted me before they arrived and went through the replacement to make sure I was happy with it. Wonderful to have found a company with such great communication and customer service! Finished product looks excellent.

Jason and his team are excellent. They replaced the siding on my home and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was perfect and high quality. When they found some major unexpected problems underneath my siding, they even fixed those without charging me more than we agreed on originally. So impressed by their dedication to doing great work, and my house looks amazing! I will definitely be using Capitol Exteriors in the future.

I had Capitol Exteriors replace my roof and gutters. They painted the ahuttand replaced the coach lights. They were very professional, introducing themselves and keeping me informed of the work. When done they had me inspect the work. I highly recommend them.

I strongly advise against hiring Capitol Exteriors. My friend hired this company two years ago to do several projects on her home. After several no shows and false start dates, she decided she no longer wanted to work with Capitol. After contacting Capitol to cancel and request a fair and reasonable refund, she was told they would be keeping thousands of dollars out of her $15,000 deposit. It was then that she contacted a lawyer, only to be told they don’t have the money to pay you. They owe back taxes to the IRS and creditors are waiting in line to be paid. See the attached emails. Also note the “thousands” of dollars in supplies delivered to her home. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Over two years later and nothing. Dishonest and unreliable!

These folk are great! I had the fascia and soffits wrapped for a maintenance free exterior and new gutters installed. They did a superb job! I've had numerous compliments on how great the place looks. I would recommend these guys anytime!

I was excited to get started on remodeling my home. The gutters are looking a little sad as well as the facia and soffits. A close friend had work done on her home and raved how wonderful Affordable Gutters was. I called, set up the appointment, hoping someone would come in the next day or two. Four days later someone finally arrived. Explained to the gentleman what I was looking for and my expectations. He stated, I'm going to take measurements and get this priced out for you. Said he'd knock on the door when he was finished and go over the quote. When I looked out the window a short while later, the man was gone and I had no estimate. I thought that was bizarre. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I understand things come up and change very quickly. Several days have gone by and no response. I called for an update and was told "the estimate was dropped in the mail this morning" and that I should receive it in a day or two. That was Monday and today is Thursday and still nothing. So, another call to the office and was told someone would be in touch to today (Thursday). We'll, today is Friday and still nothing. They've had 24 hours to return the call and still nothing. My advise would be to stay clear of these guys, that is unless your willing to wait for weeks on end just to get a price quote. I'd hate to see how long it would take to perform the actual work. Very Disappointed!!

Although Affordable did not actually perform any work for us, I was impressed by the company's integrity and customer service. An issue that we thought was a gutter problem turned out to be a roofing issue, and after an on-site inspection at no charge, Drew redirected us to the proper company to get the problem resolved. Drew gave us an honest opinion, even though he could have attempted to sell us new gutters. I will definitely call on this company in the future should I need new gutters or windows. Thank you for treating your customers right, Affordable!!

Ron’s team did a great job on our gutters and leaf guards. The quote came in quickly and without a pressure sales pitch that the others required. The guys arrived on time and completed their work fast and efficiently. I will use Ron again.
