We have had several projects done through D&D. Dan and his crews are fast and efficient at getting the job done while doing exceptional work. He goes the extra mile to get the job accomplished. They were always on top of communicating with us on every project. We will continue using D&D in the future on any other projects that we have!

Taylor was great to work with and did his best to get my work I needed done complete in a time crunch. I had multiple companies come out to give me quotes and something that stood out about D&D is that they brought all of their specialists by to give the most complete picture of a quote as possible so that you get the best price possible. When issues came up they were quick to jump on finding a solution and did a great job in general with making my vision come to life. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this company!

We had extensive water damage in the basement due to a burst pipe. Dan and D&D worked with us to explore options for the repair of walls and flooring. They did a great job and the result is better than we imagined it could be. Highly recommended!

Incredible work, fast, and efficient! They built a roof addition over our deck as well as a number of other things, and their attention to fine details is second to none. Anyone that’s seen the end result is blown away with how exceptional it looks, as if it’s always been a part of the house. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We will be using them again for any other projects in the future.

I recently removed the deck from my home and discovered some rot underneath. D&D came out to repair the damage. In the process I contacted several contractors in the area for quotes. D&D offered a fair price along with open communication and customer service that I didn’t experience with any other companies. They respond quickly, show up when they say they will, and are very transparent. They work efficiently and produce a high quality product. I’m very happy to have chosen D&D for my repair.

D&D Contracting was absolutely wonderful to work with, especially Jax who did the actual work on my project. My house had a bunch of little areas that needed interior finishing touches such as trim installation, cleaning up existing trim, and detailed work on a indoor staircase with open sides. Basically, Jax came in and fixed my mistakes and somehow turned everything into something beautiful. He also came in to fix the projects we absolutely butchered trying to do ourselves. We finally waved the white flag and called in the pros, and I am so glad we did.

I really appreciated the level of communication throughout the entire process. Most of our conversations took place through text messages, which I loved since it fits best with my lifestyle and gave me an easy way to reference what we discussed. We also had a few phone calls when necessary, but the text updates made everything feel smooth, clear, and convenient.

They also came to my home before starting the project to really see what they were working with, to listen to my needs, and to have a better understanding of the space. That visit helped them provide a more realistic and accurate quote for the work, which I really valued and appreciated.

I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Jax did an incredible job explaining each step in a way that actually made sense to me, what to expect next, and was honest about certain limitations that came down to the character of my home itself. That kind of transparency and honesty stood out.

This project took a few days, and throughout the whole process Jax and D&D Contracting kept me updated, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was happy with how things were coming together. I felt completely comfortable working with them from start to finish.

Dan and crew did an amazing job on our Federal style two story full walk out. The James Hardy pre colored siding is beautiful. In addition to fully rewrapping and siding the entire house, they repaired damaged sheathing, soffits, and a "Romeo" deck, removed foundation stucco, prepped and painted foundation and , soffits, and trim. Delayed by days if rain, the crew worked l..o..n..g hours to make up for lost time. They were friendly, protective and kind to my kids and grandkids and took great care to cleanup each day. Already planning to have them reside my new home and rebuild the deck there.

Dan and his team are simply the best. I have had other contractors do various remodels in my home but D and D outperformed them in every way.
From the very beginning they were attentive and prompt in their responses. Like any remodel we ran into some hiccups. This is where they really earned my trust and respect. Every step of the way they communicated the issue and offered solutions that were very helpful. They really stepped up and made everything right.
The gentlemen who worked on my home were extremely respectful and helpful. I am a neat freak and I was impressed with how well they cleaned up everyday after themselves. This shows the attention to detail and customer care that the whole team at D and D show on a daily basis.
The work done was absolutely top notch. My wife and I were blown away by the transformation of our downstairs bathroom. The craftsmanship and level of detail is unmatched.
We plan on future remodel projects and we won’t even bother to call any other contractor besides D and D. We will only use them in the future. That is how impressed we were with this company!!!

I hired MC the first time for a 4-plex re-siding job. We went from the worst building on the block to the best building within a couple of weeks. Even our neighbor behind us hired MC to re-side their building after they saw our building.
Then I hired MC for a 10 building apartment complex in Sacramento. We started at the end of October and were finished in March.
Gary's crew(s) is amazing. They have a great work ethic, always leave a clean worksite and are polite. Gary and Alax are onsite daily to over see the project and if I had any questions or issues they were attended to immediately.
I look forward to working with them again.

Remodeled my laundry room and two upstairs bathrooms. Fair price (substantially lower than two bids from other contractors) and they were able to start my job about a month before the other contractors were. Quality was excellent. I'm planning on remodeling my kitchen within the next few years and I'll definitely be using them again.

10/10 recommend Modern Construction Group for all of your contracting needs. I contacted them regarding a water leak in my bedroom window, they worked with my schedule and got someone out quickly to inspect it. Gary was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he quickly pinpointed the issue and then explained what was going on. He instructed my husband and I on exactly how to repair the issue ourselves if we wanted to save money, and also offered a quote for him to do it. Gary made us feel confident in his skills and expertise, and gave us all the information we needed to get our problem resolved. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and easy to work with! I have definitely found the person I will be using for all future contracting needs.

Modern Construction Group, Inc., did an excellent job of installing new primed pine, finger-jointed fascia boards. They installed new drip edge flashing and reinstalled existing roof tiles back into place.They not only applied paintable, exterior grade caulking in all required areas but also cleaned up and hauled away all job related debris. Very professional and excellent customer service! Great job Gary and staff! Thank you for the excellent customer service and care. 😊
