Extremely satisfied and impressed with All Exterior Construction. I had some siding that needed repair and new door flashings to be installed. To start, Vlad was very prompt in returning my inquiries. He was also very thorough, asking me about the work that needed to be done and providing suggestions on how to go about it. He is clearly knowledgeable about the industry and gave a detailed breakdown of the work needed. His bid was also very competitive and based on these reasons I went with them. On the day they were to be on site, the crew showed up on time and prepared with all materials at hand. They worked hard and meticulously and kept me informed throughout the day. Their workmanship was great and I’m very satisfied with it. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them for exterior work.

All Exterior replaced our decks and railings in July and will be replacing our driveway bridge railings in October I will update post with those pictures. Vlad from All Exterior was always available to talk about the project. He was very professional and responded quickly to my request and provided an estimate in a very timely manner. I reached out to three other deck contractors, and they were not accommodating, not professional and the build time and cost was ridiculous. Vlad’s 2-man crew were great to work with. They were efficient, polite, cleaned up every day, knowledgeable, hard workers and got the work done in a quarter of the time others quoted. One challenge was that we had to work with the existing framing (new or expanding the existing frame was not an option in South Lake Tahoe) the crew made it look beautiful to match the existing framing and design.

Vlad at All Exterior Construction was great to work with. His guys Serge and Pavel showed up on time, were careful with their work, and cleaned up each day. I'm very happy with the result and will use them again.

Vlad and his crew replaced the siding and over 50 windows and doors in my house and from start to finish I was more than happy with their work and professionalism.

Vlad gave me a very straightforward and fair quote, didn't hide anything, and was always easy to reach through out the length of this massive job.

I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their property.

Vlad and his team did an incredible job replacing old rotten wood siding with James Hardie and painting everything. Vlad and his team are so lovely to work with, easy to give direction, and try to be helpful! They are all reliable and good guys and we are so happy we chose to work with Vlad and team !. The house turned out beautiful and Vlad is ethical and wants to make sure he recommends something that benefits the client and stands by his word. We appreciate it and highly recommend Vlad and team!!

I contacted Timco for a bid on a new construction residential project back in May of 2018. Tommie visited me at my lot to discuss the project and said that he was interested. I said that I would be sending out for bids in October of 2018 and asked if he would like to bid. He said he would.

In October, 2018 I sent an email to Mercedes Raistrick, Timco's Chief estimator asking if they were still interested in the project. She said to give Tommie a call. I called Tommie and he remembered who I was and said he was still interested. I sent the bid documents to them on or about October 18, 2018 and asked if they had everything they needed. Three weeks later I still had not received confirmation that they received the documents or that they had everything that they needed so I sent another email. I did not receive a response. I know contractors are busy so I was not trying to be pushy. I waited another two weeks and then I called. First I spoke with Mercedes and if she had gotten my emails. She said she had. I asked why she hadn't responded and she said, "I started to but I guess I forgot. She transferred me to Tommie who said he had the bid documents and that they had done all of the work on their end they were just waiting for subcontractors. I asked why Mercedes had not responded to a single email and he said he was not sure and that was unusual. He said the bid would be complete by December 6, 2018.

December 6, came and went with out a bid so I called and spoke to someone who had said he was taking over Mercedes job of estimating and that he would have something together for me by the 19th or 20th. Nothing came on the 20th so I called him again. He told me to call back in an hour. I did that. When he answered he began asking me some rudimentary questions about my project. It was clear that he had used the hour in between phone calls to read my bid documents for the first time. He said that they hadn't made any progress on the bid but were still interested. I asked when it could be done by and he said the end of January. I said that I needed it sooner than that so he said January 4th.

Today I called to check on the status of the bid and was informed by Mercedes that they were not interested in the project. She said they had decided at a recent meeting that they could not compete against residential real estate bids and that they were primarily commercial I asked her why she did not call or email me to let me know. She was quiet and I said, "well that's a heckuva a way to run a business." She wished me a happy holidays and hung up.

The excuse that they are a commercial real estate contractor is thin. They have known that this was a residential project for over six months and have continually expressed interest. I think it more likely they decided that they did not want to deal with someone who expected deadlines to be kept and emails to be responded to. I guess in the end that I am glad I found this out about them now rather than halfway through building a house. Nevertheless I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. This is a big project for us, something we have saved for years and to have it treated in such a matter is extremely frustrating and disheartening. I hope their other potential clients are dealt with better.

We are getting a commercial tenant improvement to open a new restaurant in Elk Grove. We scheduled a time to see him and he was extremely professional and told me when the deadline was going to be. Told me he was going to breakdown all the cost, unlike other contractors. I emailed him and he called me right back. Communication to me is very important because of the deadlines, and Timco is great! Highly recommend!!

A storm had dropped a tree on my roof, and worsened damage done to the stucco on my garage wall. The crew from Timco did a phenomenal job on both. So good, you'd think the house had been built yesterday. They were on time, every time, efficient and professional (but so easy to work with). I can't recommend them enough.

Our expectations were set fairly high, but I am pleased to say thst overall it was a good experience, and I have no negatives to mention whatsoever. 😀

KVN installed Hardie siding on my 1955 home. Communication by text was easy with quick response. The crew for siding installation arrived on time and worked efficiently completing the siding within a week. I had a few add-ons. I was informed of the added costs before continuing.
Painting was delayed because of the weather which allowed me time to change my color scheme several times. They were good natured with my indecision. The painting crew was also on time and efficient. I am pleased with the result - quite a change from my “old house”.

KVN project management is spot on. Communicated efficiently through each phase of the project. Everyone on the crews for siding and painting were so nice. They take pride in their craft and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend the consult for color design since she thought of things that really made this project Pop! Our house looks so updated and modern. We're so happy with the results. Thank you KVN and crew!

Everyone at KVN was great to work with. From their sales agent to project manager and work crew, they were all very professional. And the siding and paint job they did was excellent. Our house looks a lot nicer now. Highly recommended!

KVN's slogan of "Go With the Pros!" is true. These folks did an excellent job of residing our home and painting the exterior. I highly recommend them, and would call upon them in a heart beat for future projects.

Amazingly easy company to work with. I always knew what was going to happen when. Special shout out to my crew lead Irving for being a super problem-solver and amazingly easy going. I couldn’t be more confident that my complete siding replacement was done at the highest standard and now I don’t have to worry about the exterior of my house ever again.

KVN has done an excellent job with our siding project so far! We will wrap up with painting when the weather is consistently nice.
Ben (our Field Manager) did a great job communicating, answering any questions we had, and leaving us with a thorough video walkthrough of the job each day the crew was here. He also did a great job with all the added electrical work on the job. Each member of the crew was amazingly helpful. They wouldn't make assumptions, they would take the time to double-check with us on what we wanted. I would 100% recommend KVN to anyone who needs a company that is personable, honest, thorough, and communicative.
