Excellent service. The most knowledgeable Hvac company I have had the opportunity to work with. They have done my personal house as well as my residential projects. They are always educating me on the importance of humidity control and equipment maintenance. I have become a better builder by working with Bobby and his staff. They are constantly improving their service and products they provide to keep all of their clients feeling great inside their homes. I look forward to many more years working with AC Heating & Air.

I have used AC Heating and Air for the last 15 years-in two houses. They have replaced 3 units overall, and I get the service agreement annually. They are super responsive, super knowledgeable and fair priced. They are always on time and very thorough! Chris is my tech and he is especially awesome-very informative and very skilled. I would never use anyone else!! Rob is the tech that helps me with replacement units-always friendly and provides options. Recommend them to everyone for new units, new ductwork, service twice a year and emergencies.

Fantastic service. My ac needed to be completely re done. Had a horrible Lennox system since the day I built the house.These guys walked me thru the process showed up on time and were very respectful of my property. Put new condenser and coil unit in quickly. They Worked right thru lunch to get in all in.
They could have just walked away but said they didn’t feel right about some taping needing done, but couldn’t complete the same day because the humidity was not allowing the tape to stick properly. Wanted to wait a few days for the taping to dry and came back to make sure there were no leaks in the duct work.even taped duct work not in their scope of the job with no charge. Went up with them in the attic and talked me thru the areas that were not sealed correctly.
They installed quality equipment with a warranty at good price. Highly recommend.

AC Heating and Air Conditioning Services is an outstanding company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or service. We purchased two replacement systems including new duct work for our home three years ago. Rob Flick came out and walked us through the different options explaining how everything would work. He was friendly, and thorough, and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the purchase.

The installation team was quick, clean, and extremely professional. Recently we had an issue with one of the thermostats not running. I texted Rob who immediately remembered me despite it being three years. He was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and we had the unit running within 15 minutes. With it being 90 degrees out we were extremely appreciative of the prompt response and the quick fix.

AC Heating and Air Conditioning has the best customer service anywhere. They are all very professional and three years later, we are grateful we decided to purchase from them.

I had a great experience with AC Heating and Air Conditioning Services, specifically Rob Flick. He came to my home and prepared us for everything that would be needed for the installation of our new unit when the old one began to leak coolant. Rob has answered countless questions with patience, grace, and understanding. He talked me through to federal and South Carolina rebate programs to help save every penny possible while ensuring a quality unity was selected that met the needs of my family. I would highly recommend him and this company to any of my friends.

AC Heating & Air were on schedule, polite, maintained a clean work area, and were very good about communicating details about the status of the job.

Kevin Poland, a Tech who works for this awesome company, came out to our Airbnb at 9:30 pm (after already handling an entire work day) to fix the system that was not cooling the house properly at all. He was efficient in checking different aspects of the system and quickly got it up and running so we could sleep comfortably. He communicated with us on his arrival time and was an overall gem of a young man! AC is lucky to have him on staff!! Many, many thanks! (If I could give 10 stars I would!!)

Had a great experience with installation of a new package heat pump. They were professional, reliable, on time and did a great job.

I only rate Charleston businesses that go above & beyond. AC is absolutely one of those businesses. Had a new HVAC system installed during a 2022 remodel. It failed within 2 yrs. The installer was defunct by then (go figure). Tried another contractor for repair, but they immediately pushed an another all new system. No thanks. Was referred to Bobby/AC by a trusted friend. Bobby & team found the root cause and a very reasonable solution (I’m an engineer). The staff was polite and thorough throughout. Highly recommend and will use only AC as long as I am in Charleston.

We have worked with AC from our earliest days in Charleston and couldn't be happier. We inherited a Geothermal system that they inspected and rebuilt to work much better. Now 8 years later we just installed a new system and they did a great job. Bobby and his team are knowledgeable and truly customer focused.

Just replaced my entire split system. Glenn and the entire installation team were great to deal with. Totally trustworthy and left my garage cleaner than when they started.

Bernie and his team were amazing! They were easy to get in touch with and came out to the house immediately to give a reasonable quote along with good suggestions to make cost saving improvements. They scheduled the job asap and took care of installation the very next day. Have had much better air flow and able to relax knowing they are just a call or text away if need anything, although I highly doubt I will!

I had a Trane HVAC installed back in 2014 by AC Heating and Air. Unfortunately, we had quite a few electrical issues that resulted in multiple tripped breakers, blown fuses, issues with the thermostat and the heat(3rd stage)never really working correctly. After about 5 years of that, AC techs said it was the wiring in the house and completely disengaged the third stage and suggested that we have an electrician out to install different breakers for the HVAC they installed.

So this past week, the system had a leak in the coil and we had AC Heat and Air service the system(8/24/25) while we we debated what to do. We opted to replace the system. I got 3 quotes including one from AC heating and air (I am a real estate broker and always suggest getting multiple quotes). I ended up going with a different company because they were priced better, had better financing offers and a better warranty. They looked at the older system and said that there was nothing wrong with our wiring and that all of our issues were likely from a faulty heat kit installation or faulty heat kit (AC Heating and Air did the install).

Lastly, we paid for our annual service contract 5/30/25 which covers two services per year. Being as we had a new unit installed by another company which provided a service contract with the new unit, I called AC Heating and Air to see if I could get a partial refund for the unused service and they declined. This is just my own experiencs so draw your own conclusions

Wow! I am speechless over the service this company provides. They did my father’s home and aunts as well. I just had my AC unit replaced and they were ON it from minute one! Just a quick call to Rob and he was out there the next day. Parts ordered and a new unit installed in a few days… AMAZING! Technicians Glenn and Kevin were incredibly professional and left the place cleaner than it was to start. I highly recommend this company for fast reliable and courteous service. Took the old unit out and were super folks the whole time.
