I could not be happier with the service I received. I had tree roots in my pipes and it was devastating. Bill came out, walked me through the process and gave me an unbeatable quote. Michael and Rhett were out first thing Monday morning and had us running again within a few hours. Everybody I dealt with was incredibly professional, the quote was honored, Michael and Rhett really went above and beyond to minimize damage to the yard, and it looks great. I can't recommend this team enough.
We discovered a leak in the base of our toilet after returning from vacation. We called Queen City around 7:00 PM, and they said they would be out the next day between 8-11. Michael from Queen City was at our door at 8:45 AM the next morning. He was polite, professional, and efficient.
