Edwin was great. Came to look at a gas pipe behind my stove but didn’t push me to make the repair until I could confirm the new stove wouldn’t be compatible. Gave me the prices for a few things I may need but said to call back after the new oven comes if it doesn’t work with the gas line I have currently. Could not say enough great things about Edwin. Will not think twice when needing plumbing in the future about calling Option One because of him.

Edwin was super thorough and extremely helpful, after calling multiple plumbing services and just sitting in limbo their communication was top notch as well as quickness! They fixed our problem and I will not use another company!

My house is old and needed a lot of upgrades and repairs. Daniel went above and beyond what he was scheduled for and did a great job! He even caught that my water heater was about to go and replaced it just in-time since it was starting to leak. I called Daniel when I had a problem, and he immediately headed over and helped find a solution. Very impressed!

Daniel Jennings was very professional, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. The best attitude of any plumber that I have ever met! I highly recommend him and his company.

Do NOT use this company. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. We had them come do a complete piping replacement along with a new tankless water heater. We could tell from the beginning that the head technician knew his job really well, however, it wasn't long before we realized that he cut every single corner he possibly could. We even had to get his manager to come by and check on him and force him and his team to fix several issues that we noticed (gas line placement, missing pieces, leaks, incorrect hot/cold water lines, and others) along with something that was promised in the contract that he later said he wasn't able to complete which was removing our old water heater (unsurprisingly, it didn't actually take that long to complete, he just didn't want to do it). He also didn't remove the outside faucets that were moved and replaced so now we have a couple of faucets that look like they work but are unconnected. This is NOT okay as this is a permanent issue that will look bad to all future house inspections. I recently also found out that they left us with low water pressure on our outside faucet and after investigating more, realized they added a second PRV inside the house without telling us... So now we have a PRV that's outside and unusable from the main outside water valve to the new PRV inside the house and there's no way to know the pressure of the water in that stretch of piping. This was not communicated, and we have no way to know how they actually set everything up.

Worst of all, they WILL NOT RESPOND to any communications in order to correct these issues (and we have additional concerns we sent and spoke to them about months back that have still yet to have been resolved or responded to after they "completed" the job). This is unacceptable business practice. I hope they see this review and FINALLY reach back out. I will be going to the BBB as well.

Shane Latham and his helper Tyler provided 10 star service both times they were at my home. Shane kept me informed every step of the way. They were very polite, courteous and efficient in getting the job done as well as trouble shooting issues that were unforeseen. I highly recommend giving Option One Plumbing a call for any plumbing needs!

Was on Time and very polite. Got right to work on my issue. He knew what the problem was and fixed it. Very knowledgeable of his work. When I need a plumber again they will be the first one I call

Excellent service, extremely timely, Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable. Unbeknownst to me while traveling, a water line from my well had froze & busted during the recent winter storm. He was here right away to assess the situation. I’m very happy with his work and thrilled to have running water again.

We had a fresh-water supply line leaking late at night, and Option One Plumbing sent Logan right out. He was fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained that our old 1980s supply hose was a type known for bursting and is now outlawed, then replaced it with a safe, modern line. His calm, clear explanations were a huge relief during a stressful situation. Truly a lifesaver- highly recommend Logan and Option One Plumbing.

Shane installed 2 of my bathroom vanities and was awesome to work with! We interviewed 3 different plumbing companies and went with option 1. Shane not only made a good first impression- but they also had the best price! Definitely recommend Option 1 plumbing, and Shane!

Called this company for blue dye leaking from top of toilet. Came and stated easy repair. Decided to replace wax ring. Technician spent 4 hours replacing wax ring on a secure toilet. When he left the toilet wobbled. Called them back. They left a giant plastic shim and not caulking. Toilet still wobbled. They admitted they didn’t know how to repair it. Still no resolution $400 later.

Quickly came out to fix my leaking faucet . And in no time was repaired at a very fair price. I will be using thus company again.

Brandon did a good job, but the toilet flush system continues to leak periodically. Have spoken to Brandon and he said he would come by and change the flap, which was likely the issue. He has not come and I am not able to reach him. He does not respond by phone voice or text. Very disappointed.

Brandon was awesome! I had a leaking valve and the kitchen sink faucet had lost pressure. Brandon immediately knew what the problem was and fixed both efficiently. I am definitely calling Brandon again!

Brandon came out on a moment’s notice to resolve a leak with my toilet. He was extremely professional and handled the job with care. I will be keeping Tym-X Quality Plumbing in mind for future jobs.
