I was so thankful that Kyle and his very nice helper (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your name) came the same day I called about my septic tank alarm going off. Communication was excellent and they came when they said they would. They quickly found my tanks, determined why my septic wasn’t working properly and set about pumping out the tanks so that we could use our water until the bigger problem could be further diagnosed and fixed. Kyle answered all my questions patiently. I’m glad I called.
