Garen has completed 3 major renovation projects for us in 2 different homes. He has remodeled bathrooms, master bathrooms and a large kitchen. He has always paid attention to details and never says no to new ideas or changes. He always finds a way to make it work. The subs he works with are the best and live up to his standards of detailed work and make sure they clean up after themselves at the end of each days work. We have never been disappointed with Garen's work and always find him fair in pricing a project. I highly recommend Garen for any remodeling projects you may have. You won't be disappointed.

We had Griffin Contracting completely renovate our master bathroom. The entire process from quoting to scheduling to demolition to tiling to painting to installation went according to plan. Garen and his crews were professional, on time, friendly, fast and skilled. We are so happy with the finished product but way more impressed with the customer service and craftsmanship from the entire team, start to finish.

Garen and the team finished our basement. I could not be more pleased with the finished product or the process. Everyone he brought it was professional, highly skilled, and communicated well. It was a project that spanned many months but he provided us with timelines, check points, and an app that we could use to follow along. I plan on hiring them again for future projects.
As for pricing, completely reasonable. Garen brought an attention to detail that many contractors lack, as well as Southern charm- really enjoyed working with his team!

Having never been through a large scale remodel, we were unsure and nervous about what to expect. Garen was very professional and accommodating in helping us through this process. We had our kitchen remodeled and Griffen Contracting did all of the work for us. I can’t say enough good things about Garen and his team: the electricians, plumbers, Hunter—they were all very kind and knowledgeable. And patient, with our 75lb puppy who barked at them every time they were working in the house! Each person who came to work on our house was receptive to any questions that I had and made a sincere effort to fix any concerns. I believe that this is a direct result of Garen’s leadership, as he genuinely took measures to make the remodel experience go as smooth as possible for me and my family.

Garen is a good communicator which I hear is a very hard quality to find in a contractor. I could always reach him by text or phone call. There were very few hiccups that happened during this remodel; which I attribute to Garen’s knowledge and experience with the remodel process. He was upfront with us regarding the steps so we were prepared for any difficult disruptions and could prepare ahead of time. He also made sure to leave the workspace clean after every day; such a HUGE bonus for us because we lived in our house during the remodel.

I will definitely be contacting Griffen Contracting again for any projects we have in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!

Garen and his team renovated our master and guest bathrooms, and they were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Garen was always so responsive, professional, and kind. The bathrooms look amazing and were finished much quicker than we anticipated. We are so happy we chose Griffin Contracting and will definitely use them again if we have another project!

I had set up an unused dining room as a make shift office by adding a desk and book shelves. Griffin contracting converted it into a real office by adding French doors into the large opening and a glass door to opening that led to the kitchen. This made it into an office and allowed the outside light into the other rooms as always. Then removing the old chandelier and replacing it with a lighted ceiling fan the conversion was complete. They completed all work ahead of schedule and on budget.

Griffin Contracting provided us with a kitchen remodel and two-and-a-half-bathroom remodels. They also provided hardwood flooring refinishing and painting throughout our house. They did an excellent job! Garen provided excellent service and responded quickly to all of our questions or concerns. He also provided an up-to-date schedule of upcoming tasks so we could prepare accordingly. Griffin Contracting and their subs made it a priority to clean up each day while working on our projects. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential upgrade, remodel or buildout.

That contractor, originally recommended by our realtor, backed out last minute and ghosted our entire team—including my loan officer at Movement Mortgage—causing us to miss our original closing date.

He quickly provided professional blueprint renderings, a labor estimate, a material list, and a detailed scope of work agreement—all within just a couple of days. He communicated clearly, understood our renovation goals, and worked fast and efficiently to meet lender requirements under a construction loan.
