We tried them for a few (6) months, and kept giving them benefit of the doubt. After each cleaning, we were not satisfied, and reach out to their area supervisor. If you asked me, when you tell the supervisor what went wrong, and nothing changes, they ought to get a new supervisor!
They set off alarm system 3x, and it is a simple system.
Don't waste your time, at least in the Charlotte, Matthews area.
