Incredibly nasty on the phone. Calls place of business when information is requested gets rude and hangs up. Yikes would not want someone like that in my home nor place of business

Mint Condition was hired as the Preferred Cleaning Company to service our new 4 story office Building. 4 years later our Building still looks like it's Brand New, and remains in MINT CONDITION! Thanks to all the dedicated TEAM at Mint Condition! We know we can count on YOU!

I am a franchisee for a year and I only can said that Mark Munchel had worked with me on every step since I started. I do not have any complaint and I am satisfied being part of Mint Condition.

I became a franchisee at mint condition in August of this year. I am 22 years old. Becoming a franchisee at mint condition has allowed me much more time at home with my family while still being able to make a great living. I am never left with any of my questions unanswered and I would recommend mint condition to any of my friends and family.

We have been working with this company as a franchisee for almost 6 months.. They have given us 6 buildings and taken 2 away without a reasonable excuse. If you need help and
reach out to them, you may not get a reply until much later or even not get one.. When it's time to get a new building ,you will find yourself going by yourself. Don't be late because you will be wasting there time but they don't have to show up and it's okay.. They won't tell you the truth about why the buildings let you go but they will lie and until it is good for them.. I wish we never got with this Unprofessional company. As with any employee, employer, franchise and franchiser, if you go on vacation you are to let all your franchises know that you will unavailable and who you will be dealing with..These things do not happen..

Mint Condition has gone above and beyond CC Dickson's high expectations. The constant flow of communcation is a key factor in our satisfaction. Our Area Manager, Ryan Gerbino consistently checks on us to make sure that his team is taking care of us. The communication log that they leave for our employees to communicate with their crew after hours is a very nice personal touch (not that it's ever used...the crew leaves nothing untouched). Mint Condition's services far outweighs their unbeatable cost. CC Dickson highly recommends Mint Condition.

When I first started working with this company to have them clean our office, we had a lot of bumps in the road that unfortunately prevented us from getting the job done efficiently, but I must say every time something was mentioned, the supervisor Ms Keanna was on top of trying to correct the issue as well as get us a new worker each time. Thankfully now we have FINALLY gotten a WONDERFUL gentleman named Cedric who does an outstanding job and takes pride in his work as well as makes it a point to reach out to me after every cleaning to ask how everything looked and if I had any concerns. Would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs! 👍

I've always had a good experience with Mint Condition. Keanna always stays in touch and is quick to resolve any issues I may have. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by everyone there. Mark is always quick to help as well, if I ever need anything, he gets on it and gets me what I need.

The number of checks that I would place here probably would exceed the character limit of this review. That being said, I have had the pleasure of working with Allyson on many occasions and Allyson has worked for me. Allyson is a super star and I have continued to recommend her through the years to multiple groups for the quality of service she can provide. If you want it done right, call Allyson.

Our cleaner comes in a few times a week and keeps up with all major areas. The manager who comes in a does a site walkthrough always asks how things are going and does a thorough check to ensure we are happy with our services! Great group of people.

Long time customer of Mint Conditions! They do a wonderful job each week cleaning our offices . And if there is ever a problem, our rep KHatcher is quick to reply and make things right !! Highly recommend

We love our Mint Condition team! Terell Brown does a stellar job throughout the week, always keeping our office space looking great. This man does everything for us and goes above and beyond to make sure our facility is in tip top shape! It means the world to me as the manager to come in the next morning and know our space will be ready for business. Arkyra also is always checking in regularly to make sure we don't have any issues and is always so friendly, we love working with her. Great team, they make all the difference for us. Highly recommend.
