My technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were on time and gave me a thorough rundown of everything that needed repairing and options. I chose to only get the drain unclogged today but i will definitely be calling them back to finish the other repairs when i have funds to do so.

Zach came to my house twice, the first time to assess the problem, and the second time to fix it.
Zach and George came to locate all of my drain lines from the downspouts that could no longer be found. They worked diligently to locate all the lines, remove all routes and debris, as well as show me where the lines have collapsed using their camera.
Zack and George were both extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable in their trade, diligent in their work, and made me feel that they had the best interest of my property and me at heart.
I would have Zack and George back to work for me anytime!

Had to schedule a service call for a plugged toilet. The response was fast, within a couple hours, and Richard was excellent in handling the issue. We were able to use a $20 online coupon to help with the cost and everything is back in working order. Excellent overall experience!

They did a phenomenal job for me today, cleaning out a drain that was heavily clogged and even surprised me with cleaning out what was left in the bottom of a tub that had backed up. That was an unexpected and highly appreciated level of service! Highly recommended!

I will NEVER call Roto-Rooter again. The plumber gave me a price over the phone (which I did not ask for) and told me he could come fix it that day. I thought it odd to receive a price before he looked at it. This was not the process I was told when calling. Anyway, I agreed and waited all day until he finally showed up at 5:30pm just to tell me he could not fix it that day and that the price would be double what he quoted on the phone. I had told him exactly what was wrong on the phone and he should have known he did not have the parts. And I know enough about plumbing to know when I am getting ripped off. So, I am out $65. I called another capable plumber and had it fixed for a reasonable price. Save your money and call another plumber. I'm giving an extra star because the young man that was sent out was friendly and seemed to care, even if he had no authority to refund my $65.
